Whether you are vacationing with the family, friends or your significant other this condo is perfect for you. Located in the west tower of Calypso, this unit will comfortably sleep up to six people, featuring the main bedroom with a king bed, twin bunks in the hall, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. With a living room looking out over the gulf leading out to your own private balcony and a fully equipped kitchen this condo is sure to impress. Parking in the main garage is limited to one vehicle. Be sure to ask about our Private Reserved Parking Space upgrade as well!

Beginning in 2024, from March 1 through October 31, your rental includes TWO beach chairs with padded cushions and ONE large beach umbrellas, all set up for you each day on the beach.

Please read before booking:

* No Pets
* Renter must be 25 or older
* Please read the rental agreement BEFORE you book.
* After submitting your booking request, you will receive an email with a link to electronically sign our rental agreement and addendum. Please complete that right away, so that you don't lose your reservation request. We will accept the first reservation request that meets our criteria and completes all necessary paperwork.
* There will be a Registration Fee due about a week prior to arrival, payable directly to the resort. The fee is currently $50. This will also include one parking permit for the main garage. A second vehicle pass may be requested. Additional vehicles may be considered on an exception basis outside of peak season. There is a $50 fee for each additional vehicle. These fees are controlled by the resort and subject to change.

Enjoying the beaches, the views, and the water activities are some of the most popular pastimes for our guests. On our beach you will find plenty of opportunities for fun. You can relax on a padded beach chair with a large sun umbrella, swim in the ocean, walk or play in the sand, or collect seashells. You can also rent a jet ski, go parasailing, or find many other excursions depending upon the day. And for those that want more, we have so much to offer. For shopping, morning coffee at Starbucks, ice cream snacks, evening entertainment, or just a casual meal, it’s hard to beat Pier Park. Just walk across the street to enjoy all they have to offer. They even have an IMAX theater.

Next door to Pier Park is Miracle Strip - an amusement park with rides, games, and activities for all ages.

For casual fine dining, there are many choices in town, but our personal favorite so far is FireFly. They specialize in fresh fish and seasonal vegetables, and their She Crab soup is outstanding.

If you’d like a close up visit with the ocean life, a visit to Gulf World Marine Park will allow you to meet Dolphins, Sea Lions, Turtles, Birds, Reptiles, and lots of our local inhabitants!
