- Rental Agreement: After booking, you’ll receive an email to sign the rental agreement and addendum electronically—complete it ASAP to secure your reservation.
- Calypso Resort Registration Fee:
- $60 fee (includes 1 parking permit for the MAIN garage).
- Additional vehicles may be considered on an exception basis outside of peak season. There is a $60 fee for each additional vehicle.
- Fees are controlled by the resort and subject to change.
- Guests are not permitted to be on property without proper registration.
- $300 refundable Security Deposit authorization held 3 days prior to arrival.

This one bedroom with two bunk beds on the 22nd floor has a beautiful views of the beach and park pier and a very comfortable King size bed. The management company were great they answers the phone doing business hours, response to any concerns quickly and definitely keep you updated with emails which I truly appreciate.The reason I gave it four stars, the condo could use some updates and a new cleaning service. The shower curtain liners need to be replace the bottom was filthy the bath tub in the master bedroom need to be replenish a little fresh paint on the baseboard and the bunk bed ladder. Kitchen table could be resurfacing and stain. Great items was microwave, Keurig, dishwasher, washer/dryer and toaster and nice size refrigerator was a definite plus.I would recommend base on the communication with management company and location.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Calypso 2203 West tower. 22nd floor and right on the beach!! The unit was very clean and recently renovated. Jenny was VERY responsive each time I contacted her. Walk to Pier Park for restaurants and things to do. Because of my husband's mobility problems, we were not able to use the beach chairs. But they were available every day and Free. We will definitely be returning. Thanks Jenny!

There were a few issues but the PBC crew was on top promptly. That was encouraging. A few upgrades could easily bring back the wow factor. But the view is priceless. We plan on coming back for many years to come. We like that you have first-choice options for the following years so you always have your dream vacation prebooked. Enjoy.

Everything in our condo at Calypso was perfect. The pictures were 100% accurate. It was clean and the rooms were so easy to get to from the elevator. The parking garage was the nicest and most user friendly garage I have been in as well! The pools were nice and clean and we enjoyed the tiki bar.

Our first time staying at Calypso. The room was perfect, clean, everything we needed. Everything was so easy from the booking, to check in and check out. Fast responses from the owners. I love that they communicated through text messaging. Made it easy! The pool and tiki bar was amazing. We loved the new fire pits and seating by the pool in the evenings. We loved the view being on the 22nd floor. We saw dolphins everyday from the balcony along with sting rays and turtles. The sunsets were absolutely stunning! I love that the little store on the ground floor had necessities if needed or forgot something. They offered coffee and snacks and was open 24 hours. The employees were so nice and helpful. The location was perfect for us to walk to restaurants and shops. We loved PJ’s Coffee at Pier Park and Pompano Joe’s. Can’t wait to come back! Already planning our next trip! I would highly recommend. This is our new favorite vacation spot.

The condo was as advertised and very clean! We had a great time. We have rented from Jenny before and will continue to do so. The resort has a tiki bar which is convenient but the drinks are not that strong so it would be better to just buy your own liquor and make your own drinks the way you want them and it would save you a lot of money. Close to pier park and within walking distance to restaurants.
