Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful time. The view is great. The condo was perfect for 5 adults, could have easily accommodated more. We spent most of our time at the beach. The 4 chairs were a great addition. We walked to Pier Park for shopping and ice cream. My husband fished off the Russel-Fields pier. Location is perfect. We even walked to Walmart. We used a few of the freebies that were offered. The kitchen could use a few more dish towels but overall, we had a fantastic time!

Great and beautiful place. I will be back

The property was beautiful and very well taken care of. The photos didn’t do it justice. The most comfortable beds with the master having a stunning view! The booking process was absolutely smooth. Easy access and we were able to get in early. The unit clean upon arrival and everything we needed to keep it clean. Jenny and Nickey were quick to respond and so kind during all communication Check-out was easy and the list for check out was simple and clear! I will return but only stay at one of their places!

Perfection!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The whole booking process was super easy. I had a few questions prior to booking and the owners were very prompt to answer my questions. Pictures of the condo were accurate. Everything was clean and as advertised when we arrived. After we arrived I received a text to make sure everything was as promised. I greatly appreciated the effort from the owners to make sure our trip was great. We didn’t have any issues with the condo, but I am certain if we did, they would have worked on correcting them. We loved being so close to Pier Park. We went over there almost every day to either eat, shop, play minigolf, or get ice cream. The pier is also convenient to walk to if u are interested in fishing or just taking a sunset walk along the pier. Also if u love pineapple, try the pineapple dole whip across the street from the condo, at the tower 3 pool bar. I think it was my husband’s favorite thing about the trip

Calypso 806 Perfect

We enjoyed our stay at Calypso for the Thunderbeach Bike Rally and didn’t realize we were going to have front row seats for the Guif Coast Salute Airshow as well. It was a great experience from beginning to end. We will definitely book again.

So much to do…so little time…

Everything was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and as pictured. It felt like home to return again.We used several of the free activities this time including Dave and Buster games EVERY DAY, and also tried the Axe throwing. It’s easier than it sounds and so much fun. Next time we want to try the free sail and mini golf.Everyone was friendly and helpful. We left just prior to the storm but saw all the helpful updates on the blog.We’re already planning to return and book directly with Premium Beach Condos.

Fabulous beach condo

Perfect Family Trip

Arriving at our condo exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, the furniture was comfortable, It was just as described. Our granddaughter loved the bunk beds and having a dvd player in her room made it great for her. We wasn’t expecting to have things for the beach but they had boogie boards and sand toys which was great. Having baby supplies available made it easy for us since we had a 9 month old with us. This will definitely be a condo we will book again. Owners checked on us to make sure our arrival went smoothly and to see if we needed anything. This is a first in all the years we have visited PCB . The patio furniture was great. We spent our mornings out on the balcony. Having an Alexa in the condo made it easy for us if we had questions about anything

Relaxation, with a breath taking view!

Was everything we expected! True to the pics. AC wasnt working, but they jumped right on it. And the problem was fixed within a few hours.. Cant say enough about the property. They checked in with you the from time to time making sure things w ere up to our standards. A+

First time at the Calypso, but it won't be our last!

This was our first time booking this property, but it won't be our last. We decided to visit PCB over New Year's Eve holiday and were able to book this lovely condo just days before we arrived. The condo is beautiful, with a perfect sunset view, very nice furnishings and decor, even better and roomier than it looks on the site. The condo was very clean and fresh, and it felt brand new. Although we didn't do any cooking, the unit is supplied with all the dishes, equipment and utensils needed to make a meal. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, more so than many of the other PCB condos we have visited in the past. We loved the beds, they were super comfy, with nice linens, and extra pillows and blankets if needed. Parking permits are required to park in the attached garage, but it's easy in and easy out, with no problem finding a place to park. There is an enclosed walkway from the garage to the main building, so no waiting to cross the street or get rained on. The condo was easy to book and easy check out, too. Make sure to read all the emails and complete the necessary forms prior to arrival. It takes about 5 - 10 minutes to walk to Pier Park from the building, which is a sprawling shopping and restaurant area. There are other entertainment features nearby as well. We will definitely book this same condo again, hopefully for a much longer stay.

Great family location!

The condo was within walking distance of Pier Park and lots of attractions. Could not have been better for our family. The owner was so nice and very fast to respond to all questions. Condo was very clean and well equipped. All appliances, washing machine etc. worked perfectly. Thank you again for making our stay in Panama so wonderful.

Great condo. Amazing location. Beautiful sunsets!

Great location within easy walking distance to Pier Park. The beaches were beautiful and made better by provided lounge chairs and umbrella already set up and awaiting our arrival on the beach in the morning. The pool and tiki bar were an added bonus. The condo was very comfortable with plenty of room for our family. The beds were cozy and furniture was perfect. We really enjoyed and spent a lot of time on the outdoor patio. The chairs were awesome! Very close to Walmart. Mini Golf and go carts within 15 minute drive. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Family Friendly Beach Condo

Was the perfect location for our family vacation with 3 teenagers! Loved being right on the beach and the beach service was amazing!! Check in was nice and smooth having a code to get right in was less stress as well. Jenny responded to my every text/email quickly. Will love to visit again!

Fabulous!!!

Beautiful unit and very clean! Girls weekend for four empty-nester, particular women who all agreed the place was fantastic and would book it again! Mattresses and pillows were very comfy on all beds. Kitchen was well equipped. Bunk room didn’t have a closet but the front guest room had a big closet to share. Booking and checkout was super easy, all online, no physical check-in/out or paperwork. Management was always very responsive to our questions and needs. West end of Panama City Beach. Great for families. Walking distance to a number of restaurants and Pier Park. Calypso’s Tiki Bar was fun and served food. There is also a store on ground level with some essentials and cute souvenirs. Public beach area next door had about 6 or 8 beach volley ball courts set up, wave runners to rent, etc. We never moved the car the entire time we were there. We will definitely book this unit again!

Great Place to stay

The condo and location were great. Beds slept comfortable and easily access the beach. Communication was exceptional with Jenny. We arrived on a Saturday at check in time. Getting our luggage to our room and getting an elevator was chaotic as they had limited carts and everyone was also arriving at 4pm. Would highly recommend and stay here again.

Will Be Back

Perfect location. Walking distance to shopping an dining. The beach is your own back yard. It is kept clean and the pool area is also clean. Great place for family vacation. The room is GREAT. Kitchen is well stocked and the owner keeps in touch with you throughout your stay so no need to worry about anything. Beds are VERY comfortable. The deck is the perfect size and is furnished with upscale deck furniture. I would highly recommend this condo for you next get away.

Calypso 806 East

I truly enjoyed my stay at Calypso. The condo was nice and as pictured! Jenny responded promptly to all my questions and concerns! She even sent me updates on Tropical Storm Elsa daily, as we were there during that time! The location is fabulous as it's near Pier Park and we could easily walk there. A ton of restaurants there to choose from! Loved having the beach chairs and umbrellas provided daily! The only downfall was arrival day we were unable to find a cart to unload which made unloading a task. My kids were unhappy that there was no hot tub, but not a priorty for me! And the elevators would have a wait many times, but none are reasons that I would not go back there! This was our first visit to Panama City Beach and my entire family loved it there! I even extended 2 nights onto our stay there!

Best Vacation Ever!!

My initial contact with the owner was flawless. She answered all my questions, sent me a link to a virtual tour, made the paperwork simple, and kept in touch with me every step of the way. Upon arrival, the condo was clean and beautiful - exactly like the virtual tour. All the amenities you could need are there. Everything you could want is within walking distance, although we did drive to the grocery but it was nearby. We walked to Pier Park (a block away) for several fantastic meals, shopping, going to the movie theater, and to get ice cream. We strolled the length of the pier and watched fishermen catch several big fish. Cooking in the condo was nice because there's nothing better than enjoying that remarkable view while you eat! There's a Tiki Hut between the two pools that sells a huge assortment of adult beverages. Kids can go inside the building for soft drinks, snacks and ice cream. I wanted to extend my stay but, sadly, the condo was already booked. You might ask why I gave this place a 5-star rating. It's simple. 10-stars wasn't an option! I will definitely be back in PCB. If you look up, you might see me chillin' on an 8th floor balcony at the Calypso. No other place will be considered. If you're considering booking this unit, don't hesitate. You can thank me later! Very nice condo, and very good management.

Nice condominium equipped with everything you can possibly need. From kitchen plates to high chair and play pen for your baby. The manager is very responsive and informative. If there’s anything wrong she would make it right.

Snowbird stay during pandemic

My husband and I are snowbirds. This is our 2nd year staying at the Calypso and booking with Jenny. We have already booked for next January-March. This was an unusual year with the Coronavirus hitting Florida in March. My husband and I were nervous about traveling back home, Jenny was wonderful and worked with us to enable us to stay on until May. As for the condo, it was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Brand new stainless appliances had just been put in. The furniture was comfortable and the condo itself nicely decorated. If you are concerned about coming to the Calypso once the travel bands have been lifted, don’t be. We felt very safe. Cleaning was going on continually. The elevators were wiped down with disinfectant numerous times throughout the day. The pools were cleaned daily. The pool chairs were also wiped down and staggered for social distancing. Disinfectant wipes were available upon entrance to the pool. The beach chairs also were staggered 6 feet apart for social distancing. The beach attendants were hard workers and were constantly asking what they could do to make us more comfortable. Grocery stores were well stocked and very safe with carts wiped down, and arrows on floor to show shopping pattern for social distancing. Pier park was open to walk through and numerous restaurants were open for takeout. So, if you have a vacation planned at the Calypso with Jenny, let me reassure you, you will be safe. If you are thinking you need to get away to the beach after quarantining, again Jenny and the Calypso can make that happen.

Loved the condo!
