Condo 813 is located on the 8h floor at Shores of Panama with same floor designated parking. Completely updated 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath at Shores of Panama. King Master Bedroom overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. Double balcony in the center of building on 8th floor & overlooking our beautiful lagoon pool & the gulf as far as you can see. 2nd bedroom sleeps 3 with a full bunk/single on top, door & its own private door and full bath. New queen sleeper sofa and loveseat. The kitchen features granite countertops and lots of storage space. It has a nicely stocked kitchen, including a Keurig/coffee pot, crock pot, and much more for any cooking you may want to do while you are here. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels. The bathrooms have plenty of space and offers a shower/tub combo with a nice vanity area. Out on your private balcony, you can soak in the view of the popular Shores of Panama lagoon-style pool, Pineapple Willy's Restaurant and the Gulf of Mexico while enjoying coffee, breakfast, snacks or cocktails!
At Shores of Panama you are literally just steps from the sugar white sands, with a private beach access making it easy to enjoy the area's main attraction. Be sure to carve out some time for kicking back with a good book or cool drink in the spectacular lagoon style pool area – during the spring and summer months a Tiki Bar offers cocktails, bar style food and snow cones.
Shores of Panama is the most lavish resort in Panama City Beach. Featuring a lagoon style pool surrounded by tropical elegance, fountains, waterfalls, two tiki bars (seasonal), exotic tropical landscaping, large jacuzzi overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, large indoor heated pool, indoor jacuzzi, and a fitness center.
We are right next door to the famous Pineapple Willy's. We are also right across from Walmart where you can pick up your groceries or choose delivery. We are only 2 miles away from St Andrews State Park, many marinas are nearby and also great restaurants!
This condo comes with its own private parking space on the 8th floor just around the corner - only steps away from your front door. In addition to your own vehicle - You can Uber, Lyft or take a cab. Also we have a public trolley that travels around town and back and forth to Pier Park!
The age requirement to rent this condo is 25. $85 Registration fee on-site.

We are in walking distance of Walmart where you can do grocery pickup or delivery. We are located next door to the World Famous Pineapple Willy's Restaurant and Bar where you can have delicious meals, drinks or grab a snack while soaking up the sun on the beach all day. You can enjoy delicious tacos, quesadillas, nachos, burritos and of course the best margarita around at Juan Taco located across the street at Laketown Wharf Resort. You can also enjoy live music and eat at Lulu's. Also, located in the Laketown Wharf Resort is The Wharf Restaurant with a seasonal buffet eatery serving steak & seafood in a contemporary space with an aquarium.

Our stay at Shores of Panama 813 was FANTASTIC!!! The condo was clean and comfortable and the view was spectacular!!! Communication was very clear and quick. Farrah was so easy to talk to. We had absolutely no issues or problems with the facilities or anything for that matter. We truly enjoyed our vacation in PCB and having a place to come home to everynight was the icing on the cake. We highly recommend Emerald Coast Real Estate & Vacation Rentals and Shores of Panama 813!!! Cannot wait to come back!!! Thank You Kelly and Farrah!!!

JW T.Beautiful view from condo balcony of Florida’s white sandy beaches
Excellent location with covered parking just steps from the condo. Shores of Panama has very clean and large pools, quick elevators, 24 hour security, and simple access to the white sandy beaches.The condo unit was very clean and the kitchen had all the necessary small and large appliances for normal cooking. I would certainly consider this unit again if traveling back to PCB in the future.

This condo is an entire Vibe. Was so surprised to find it a day before our 3 night vacation. My family and I enjoyed the beautiful Gulf views from the living room, balcony, and master suite. The decor and furnishings seemed like it was done custom for me lol. I just loved everything about it! It was clean and I felt at home. I am very particular and a germaphobe so this is a lot coming from me. I literally skipped over a lot of condo listings (not from this host) because the decor was out of date or tacky and would have not set the right mood I wanted for my anniversary vacation.The host was very nice and responsive. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

We loved staying here!! It was walking distance to Pineapple Willy’s and several other restaurants and shops. The view was AMAZING and our balcony was huge. The condo was spacious and clean, and the pullout couch was very comfortable and slept 2 easily. Farah was a great host and was kind and responsive throughout our stay. Would stay here again!!

We took our family of 6 , we did have to drive two cars. Only one car is allowed in the parking deck. Wasn’t to much trouble because there is a 12$ day parking lot down the street. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. It had plenty of space for all 6 of us comfortably. The pool and hot tub was amazing and the elevators were never a long wait to get down to the beach . All the staff was very nice and always held the door for us. We will definitely be back .
