- Located at Celadon Beach Resort - Directly on the Beach 1st Floor with beautiful views of the Gulf. The private balcony is located 10 feet above the sand dunes for a Perfect View of the Gulf. The front door access is Ground Floor for easy access and unloading. No elevator required!
-Access to our 2 Private Parking Spaces Underneath the condo by the Beach.
The HOA charges $45 to register each vehicle parked on the property.
We have pre-paid for your Beach Service which operates from March-October.
Always updated with exceptional furnishings, this condo features include a Gulf Fron Private Balcony; Bedroom w/KING Tempur-Pedic Mattress; 2 Bunk Beds;
2 Full Bathrooms; Fully Equipped Kitchen and Full Size, front-load Washer & Dryer.
Celadon Beach offers 2 Pools & 2 Hot Tubs (one of each Gulf Front), Fitness Facility, Tennis & Pickle Ball, Grilling Areas, and of course a Board Walk to the beautiful white sand Beach!

This 1st Floor Condo is Owned and Managed by David and Lisa Sample. Lisa and I are local Realtors, we originally bought this condo to use as a sales model. After decorating, travelers fell in love with it, and it's been rented almost every week since.
Why Kids Love It
There are Bunk Beds in the hall with a Full Bathroom just 3 feet away. Everything is close, the beach, the car, it's all right here and CLEAN. Want to go to Alvin's Island Huge Surf and Gift Shop? Walk right across the street. Breakfast at Mike's, it's .6 miles away. the Famous Thomas Donut, it's .6 miles away. Pier Park is Awesome and it's just 2 miles away. Far enough to get away from the traffic and crowds but just minutes away to enjoy.
Area Information
Celadon Beach Resort is located on the West End of Panama City Beach. We are the last Condominium on the West End. If you like people watching, walk outside to our SUGAR WHITE SAND beach and turn left. There's another family-oriented resort next door and the rest of the much preferred "West End" of Panama City Beach stretches for 2 miles until you reach Pier Park. The Fun and Wonderful Restaurants of Panama City Beach goes on for another 11 miles until you reach St. Andrews State Park. Stunningly Beautiful... a must see.
Walk out to the water and turn right and it's 5 miles of Beautiful Sugar White Sand Beach with only cottages and houses through Laguna and Sunnyside Beaches. The shops and high-end restaurants of Rosemary Beach just 7 miles away and then the town of Seaside just a few miles more.

We are David and Lisa Sample, Local Residents of the Laguna Beach / Santa Monica Beach. We and are Local Realtors with Re/Max By the Sea and Owners of Haven Beach Rentals, Panama City Beach Florida. Not only do we sell vacation homes and condos, we own and manage them too. Being so involved gives us a unique perspective that helps our properties be some of the Best in the area! Telling our guests about Fun things to do, Great things to eat and Wonderful things to see is one of our favorite things. We've been vacationing on the Gulf Coast since we were little kids. Why this property? We love the 1st Floor. You can sit on the couch inside and look at the beach. The windows are tinted so there's no glare. The balcony is 10 feet above the sand dunes and there's an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. Everything is NEW... It was completely renovated recently.

NO! Celadon is the furthest West condominium in Panama City Beach's Beautiful and Much Desired West End. It's nice and quiet but only 2 Miles from Pier Park.

This condo was in the best location. Easy access to baseball parks, restaurants and activities. Parking was a plus. Condo was very clean and Lisa was very accommodating. We would definitely book this condo again! First floor was perfect! We never had to wait for an elevator like others in our group.

We enjoyed our stay at this First floor condo. Everything as described & the view from the balcony is perfect. Having two parking spaces in The building was a HUGE plus! Lisa checked on us a couple of times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Having Beach chairs and umbrella provided every day is also a plus!
