1809 Seychelles is spacious with amazing views. Bedroom Accommodations: The bunkroom sleeps 2 (sleeper chair and twin futon bed) as well as can serve as a quite office with desk. The 2nd bedroom has a queen been, adjoining fully bath and private balcony with amazing views overlooking the Grand Lagoon. The Master bedroom has a king bed, master bath with soaker tub and shower, as well as slider to beach front balcony. This condo is very spacious and sleeps 6 comfortably. The kitchen is equipped to make a wonderful meal for your family, and of course there is a laundry room in the condo with washer/dryer.

Had an amazing time during our stay, the room was great and the views were amazing! The host were very friendly and helpful with anything we needed, the was clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely be coming back!

We have stayed here before and would definitely book again. Communication was very good. The condo is decorated in a fun beach theme. We appreciate the location being in a more quiet location, but it's not a far drive to wherever you would like to go.

Room was perfect for our needs, with one room set up for remote office work. The beds were great, the unit was clean and comfortable with amazing views of sea life from the 18th floor. The TV was also easy to operate, which is a plus for us, too! With Schooners next door and Patches a short walk we didn’t go hungry or thirsty! My only complaints were there was too much furniture on the balcony and some of it was broken. But our needs were met. We did have a couple of instances with the new style door lock but it was quickly taken care of by our property manager, Emerald Coast Resort Rentals. We do recommend this unit.

This is my fourth time staying in this building and the second time at this condo. It is amazing! It was clean, spacious, and had everything our family needed. You can’t beat the views on the wrap around deck. Plenty of seating out there for everyone to enjoy the views. Also the location is beyond perfect. Beach access in front of the condo is great and being right next to Schooners is just an added bonus!
