Saltwater Breeze is a beautiful new condo located on the 22nd floor of Calypso Tower III. Saltwater Breeze offers the finest finishes including stainless steel appliances, large Smart televisions, & shiplap walls, coupled with exquisite furniture & decor. Park your car and forget it's there! Shopping, dining, and attractions are just steps away at Pier Park & the City Pier.
This luxurious condo comes with all the comforts of home, including fully furnished kitchen (you supply the groceries), washer/dryer, plush, comfortable bedding, and spacious balcony for watching magnificent Florida sunsets.
Saltwater Breeze invites you to enjoy two free beach chairs and umbrella on us! We've paid for this amenity so you don't have to! (March 1 through October 31)
Calypso Tower III offers a plethora of amenities, designed to make your stay more enjoyable. A luxurious, zero-entry heated pool is available for your swimming pleasure year round. A large sundeck with loungers lets mom relax and read a book while the kids swim. For those hoping to avoid the sun, cabanas are available for rental. Hot tub and Fire Pit are available for those chilly evenings when you're not quite ready to head back upstairs! Pool bar, restaurant, fitness center and gift shop are available on the first floor. And beach access is just 200 yards away!
Calypso Tower III's Resort common areas are smoke-free too, for your family's health & safety! The building is angled to provide views of the ocean, coastline, pier, and sunsets as well as views of Pier Park and all of the activities there. A 3rd floor walkover connects Tower III and the parking garage to Towers I and II.
This unit comes with 1 parking pass. Cost of parking is $50. Additional passes may be purchased based on availability at a cost of $50 each.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
More information can be downloaded from the Rental Agreement on the checkout page. Primary renter must be 25 years of age and remain on property for the duration of stay. Saltwater Breeze is managed by Florida Panhandle Property Management.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Saltwater Breeze. The condo was beautiful, clean, well-appointed and seemed brand new. We could see the beach and across Pier Park from our birds-eye view. All needed amenities were within walking distance and groceries only a couple miles away. Plenty of restaurants and activities nearby for the kids as well. I would highly recommend Saltwater Breeze for a enjoyable visit to the beach

I had an excellent time at Saltwater Breeze! The living room coffee table converts nicely to a work-from-Florida workspace that was amazing for my remote work. The location cant be beat--so close to food, bars, fun, and the beach! I can't recommend Saltwater Breeze enough:)

Wow!! Stunning condo with all the amenities that one possibly could want. The condo is wonderfully decorated and can easily accommodate up to six people. Very comfortable and relaxing place. We loved it and will definitely be back soon.Beautiful zero entry pool, onsite restaurant and gift shop along with a well equipped fitness facility. Very easy access to the beach. Less than a 5 minute walk to Pier Park with all its restaurants and stores. Many other restaurants within easy walking distance. One could literally park their car and not needed it again until it was time to leave to go back home.The view from the balcony is amazing. Watched the mesmerizing sunsets on a nightly basis. There is a great view of the beach, City Pier and Pier Park.A truly wonderful week was had by all.
