This property is small but perfectly located DIRECTLY ON the White Sugary Sands of Panama City Beach and walking distance to Pineapple Willys Famous Beach Bar, and a few miles from the world renown Captain Andersons restaurant. You can also walk to some Pizza restaurants, Theme parks and fun for all.
Why this property? You just can't beat the views from this 9th floor unit. Even in the summer, it's balcony is SHADED from the afternoon sun, so you can sit out and enjoy the sounds of the waves and watch the beach from this room! We stayed in July and this was my wife's favorite thing to do! You can walk to the Awesome Pineapple Willy's next door for lunch, drive over to Captain Andersons for a great seafood feast and go deep sea fishing, and if you want walk to Waffle House for breakfast. There is a full kitchen, and this unit will sleep a maximum of 4 people if you use the sleeper sofa. There are additional bathrooms at each of the pools on the main floor. There is a beautiful evening view of the beach and you are close to parks and other activities.

The condo was great! We loved the spacious kitchen and living room. The balcony was our favorite spot. We could watch the sunrise and sunset at this time of year. The bedroom was adequate. The bathroom was spacious. My husband didn't care for the sliding doors but I was ok with them. Clayton Dalton was so easy to work with. He answered my questions any time of the day. We would stay here again anytime!

This little gem exceeded expectations. Great location. Very clean. Nicely decorated. Great view. Being so close to beach and next to Pineapple Willy's at same time is awesome. Won't be my last stay at this property!
