Why this property? At the Dunes of Panama, every rental is beachfront and there is plenty of space for everyone! Our 1500 feet of private beach front is what separates us from the rest. We have a room that’s right for you and our staff is on-site to make sure your vacation is fun and relaxing. With years of experience, we’re dedicated to making your Panama City Beach experience the best. We don’t want you to miss having a wonderful vacation here at the Dunes of Panama.
The Dunes is a family-friendly resort made of 5 separate buildings in a gated community. Our condos consist of 2 bedroom units that can accommodate from 6 to 8 people with square footage of approx 1150 sq. ft. Each unit has its own private balcony for you to enjoy your mesmerizing view of the Gulf of Mexico. The amenities don’t stop there! We have 3 large, gulf-front pools, one heated pool December 1st through May 1st, 2 fire pits, a fitness room, and several activities including volleyball, tennis, basketball, shuffleboard and plenty of activities to do with your kids.

The beds were super comfortable and this rental is on the 4th floor where there are only 5 total floors so no waiting on elevators. Checking in and out was easy and everyone staying at this facility was super nice and had good beach etiquette so no blue tooth wars on the beach. This unit also comes with free beach chair service which was nice to have and it’s conveniently located by several great restaurants and is on the ‘quiet’ side of Panama. I would definitely stay here again!

This condo was the perfect vacation location and is a great deal! The beach service that came with it was a treat. The views are amazing, and you can watch the dolphins daily with your morning coffee. It also had solid wifi for some necessary remote work. The owner and all the condo staff are a joy to deal with. Highly recommend!! Thank you for the wonderful accomodations!

The views and location were perfect for us! Far enough way from the traffic but close enough to go to the attractions. The complex was well maintained and the pool was amazing. Todd was quick to respond and very pleasant. Overall, a great vacation!

Beds are super comfortable. Elevators were always available, the grocery carts in the lobby made taking groceries up very easy. Nice Tiki Bar with frozen drinks and snacks. All employees were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our family and small chocolate lab had a wonderful spring break vacation at the Dunes of Panama. The location and view was perfect. We enjoyed the beach which wasn’t very crowded even during Spring Break. The pool was warm and nice. Everything went smooth for check-in and check-out. The TV/cable and internet worked great for the kids. Overall, great place for the price and location.

Dunes of Panama is a great community within itself . Heated pool along with directly on the beautiful PCB white beach. We have stayed in about 4 different condos and each one is different but all are well decorated and very comfortable.
