Unique Benefits

Our balcony is huge! We have a full size outdoor dining table and loungers. The table is under cover and in shade most of the day. The rest of the balcony is in full sun. There is also a small bar height table and chairs. You could spend the whole day there if you wanted and enjoy the sounds and unobstructed view of the Gulf, the sugar white sand and the incredible sunsets!! And if you happen to be in town at the right time when the city shoots off fireworks at the pier, you can catch them right from the balcony!

We are in a 2 building low-rise complex. Our beach front is expansive and never feels crowded. Plenty of room to spread out!

1 mile to Pier Park shopping, dining and fun. Close enough to get there but far enough away to enjoy less traffic and some peace and quiet.
