Unique Benefits

Our balcony is huge! We have a full size outdoor dining table and loungers. The table is under cover and in shade most of the day. The rest of the balcony is in full sun. You could spend the whole day there if you wanted and enjoy the sounds and unobstructed million dollar view of the Gulf of Mexico. The sunsets are amazing!! And if you happen to be in town at the right time when the city shoots off fireworks at the pier, you can catch them right from the balcony!

We are in a 2 building low-rise complex and each building is only 7 floors. Our beach front is expansive and never feels crowded. Plenty of room to spread out!

It's the beach!!! We have a pool, sand and pool toys, floaties, and Sugar Kingdom down the street! And that's just right here! Lots to do nearby: Frank Brown Park (tennis, lazy river, hiking and biking trails, playgrounds), Pier Park shopping, dining and entertainment complex, Gulf World, Wonder Works, Ripley's Believe it or Not, go carts, Shipwreck Island water park, Thomas Donuts and Ice-cream.
