The VIP Parking space is under the building. Free to my guest, just park & take the elevator up to the Fifteenth floor in Calypso's Tower One to Unit 1-1509!
It features an open easy entertaining floor plan. The windows, & glass sliding doors open onto a wrap-around balcony providing a PANORAMIC view of the Gulf of Mexico that is truly SPECTACULAR!
The unit is a very spacious two-bedroom, two-bath condo and is totally furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped and open to the living room & dining area. A large breakfast bar with kitchen side counter space provides plenty of room for meal preparation and a great place for all to gather. A 55-inch Samsung Smart TV can be viewed from the kitchen, living room, and, dining area.
The large luxurious master bedroom suite offers another grand ocean view from the floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors. Its spacious, private bath is furnished with double sinks and vanity, a large corner shower & separate bathtub, linen closet, and walk-in dressing closet.
The guest room provides a comfortable new king-size bed and connects to a spacious bathroom which also opens onto the hall.
Both bedrooms are furnished with a Samsung Smart TV.
Relax on your private balcony, which stretches from the master bedroom and wraps around the living room. Enjoy breakfast & your favorite sunset cocktails!
Calypso offers two 175 ft. pools with a sunset tiki bar in between, right on the Gulf of Mexico, where you will find many beach activities and your free set of Beach Chairs and umbrella! ( Beach Service) Two additional folding beach chairs are located in the laundry room.
Take a five-minute walk to Pier Park, the best shopping and entertainment destination in the area! An open-air, one-of-a-kind complex on 112 acres of gulf-view property. A beautiful outdoor environment offering 1.16 million sq. ft. of shopping, food, music, health needs a 16-complex theater, a Giant Ferris Wheel and so much more!

About the owner: I have traveled the world in a wonderful 30 year career with Delta Airlines. My career took me to Atlanta GA. where I raised 3 fabulous children. Even though I love Atlanta, I am from the Tampa, Clearwater area & missed the smell of the ocean.
When an opportunity brought me to the Panama City Beach area, I was shocked to find such a beautiful Beach! As we usually returned to south Florida for boating & beach vacations. I had no idea that one of the most beaches in the world was right there in the panhandle & much closer to Atlanta. It's only a 5-6 hour drive away and about a 45 min. flight.
I decided to invest in condominiums on the beach in 2003 and that has become a full time career after my retirement from Delta.
I now live in Kennesaw Ga. a suburb of Atlanta, & I still love to travel the world!
I'm always a phone call away and always available to my tenants!

We were unsure not using an agency, but it turned out to be a seamless transaction! Toni is so helpful, and might I add, has exquisite taste. The condo was gorgeous! The bed was so comfortable and the pillows, too! The view from the 15th floor was spectacular! Each day it seemed to get more beautiful! Her umbrella service was a nice perk too, along with the VIP parking! I would love to stay again one day!
