Celadon Beach Unit 2009 is located on the 20th floor with beautiful beach views from the Master Bedroom, living room, and wrap around balcony.
Free beach service with 2 padded chairs and umbrella that costs $240 a week!
Summer rentals, Memorial Day thru Labor Day are Saturday thru Saturday rentals.
Tile in main areas with updated furniture, and new flat screen TVs. WIFI throughout and HBO on all 4 TVs in unit. New King mattresses all 3 bedrooms and washer & dryer in separate laundry room. The sleeper sofa is intended for children and teens. New hardwood flooring installed in all bedrooms. New kitchen appliances. No smoking inside or outside unit. Enjoy the 2 pools, one indoor/outdoor and other beachfront, 2 hot tubs, tennis/pickle ball court, fitness room, covered picnic area with grill and beachside outdoor picnic area. Covered parking with walkover on 2nd floor.
Celadon is a NON SMOKING COMMUNITY!
Minimum 25 year age minimum with proof to Association as required.
Damage deposit of $300 required and refunded upon departure. Credit card fees apply to refunded amounts as charged by Square.

Celadon Beach Resort is located on the West End of Panama City Beach, the last high rise! There's another family oriented resort next door and the rest of great "West End" of Panama City Beach stretches for 2 miles until you reach Pier Park. The beach, fun spots and great Restaurants of Panama City Beach extends another 11 miles until you reach St. Andrews State Park, exquisitely beautiful, a great place to visit.
Go west from Celadon and there is 5 miles of beautiful beaches with only cottages and houses through Laguna and Sunnyside Beaches. There's the shops and great restaurants in Rosemary Beach 7 miles away and then the town of Seaside just a 4 miles further.

So glad to have had the opportunity to stay in this unit. The wrap around deck is an awesome place to set back and enjoy the sunset. Being on the 20th floor also gives you the ability to see far out into the ocean. When we walked in I knew we had picked the right place to stay. It was decorated so beautifully. We could tell it has been very well taken care of. During our stay we enjoyed the 2 pools and just lounging around. There is plenty of room with the three king size beds for everyone in the family to just kick back watch t.v. after the day is done. We even put together one of the puzzles that was available. Hope to have this experience again sometime. I just can't say enough good things about our stay here.

Spacious condo on 20th floor very tastefully decorated. We always take our binoculars and watched dolphins play everyday in the morning. Condo has ample linens and bedding and beds are very comfortable. The pools and common areas are well maintained. We had everything we needed and was very pleased with the accommodations. Stayed here back in May of 22. Absolutely blown away the moment we walked in! This unit is one of the most beautiful I have ever stayed in at any price. The furnishings are modern and luxurious, and the paint colors are very clean. The balcony is huge and provides priceless views of the gulf. Definitely want to come back

This condo is beautiful. Everything we needed was here. Exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated. Located at the west end of PCB, the view of the ocean and especially the sunsets, are spectacular. There are two pools, hot tub, exercise room and covered parking. And, Jim, the owner was so responsive. Every question and concern were responded to immediately. We will definitely return!

This is a corner unit with everything needed. Very well furnished with plenty of cookware, extra linens, and nice new appliances. The location is perfect on the quiet west end. Very nice views out of the many windows to the South and West. Loved the wrap around balcony. The three bedrooms, with closets, were ample size with all king beds which is hard to find and awesome! Great newer Tvs in all rooms. Beds and couches were very clean and comfortable! Plenty of seating for dinners also. Everything was clean and functional. Very nice and responsive owners. We will be back. Thanks for the stay!

My family of 8 had an amazing stay in this condo! Beds were super comfortable, plenty of linens and we enjoyed the coffee bar. The view though..... no words can describe! Jim and Sharon were super easy to work with and made sure our stay was pleasant. We love staying at Celadon because it’s far enough away you can enjoy the less crowded beaches but close enough to Pier Park, several restaurants and grocery stores. We hope to vacation with these host again.

With exception to the weather, our stay at Celadon Unit 2009 was excellent. Owners were easily reachable and addressed all questions prior to our visit. We were even in communications with them during the stay as they were checking on our arrival and if there were any issues. The unit is superb and met our expectations for a 5-star accommodation. The unit has easy access for parking, close to Pier Park, Winn Dixie, and Wal-Mart. We had 5 adults staying in the unit and no issues with sleeping or bathrooms being in use.
