Parking is a breeze with use of our designated owner's parking spot on the 3rd floor, right next to the elevators. There are 4 elevators so no long waits like you may find at some of the other condos in the area.

Why Kids Love It
Kids will love the 2 pools, one of them indoor/outdoor and heated seasonally. There is also a 16 person communal hot tub with parental supervision required. Beach volleyball is available right on the property. A huge sugar sand beach to search for seashells, ride the waves, or build sand castles in the sand.

About the owner: We came down for our fist time during the winter of 2022. We live in Michigan. A few days after we left, Michigan had a huge snowstorm with 13" of snow in one day. We drove down during the snowstorm. What should have taken us 5 hours to our first stop ended up taking us 10 hours because of the roads. But we took our time and kept going. Once we got down to PCB, and we looked out at the beautiful emerald waters, and saw the miles and miles of sugar sand beaches in front of us instead of the snow, we were sold. We no longer wanted to deal with those cold, gray Michigan winters.
