Loved Aqua Vista, perfect stay for 2 plus our little doggie. Beautiful, clean house with all essentials plus more. We have stayed multiple times with AK Getaways and they are all 5 star properties. Great, quiet location so close to beach, off the beaten path makes a difference in summer, less crowds but still convenient to everything. Will continue to stay with AK when we come back!

Best of the Panhandle

My wife and I are retired and have been traveling the country more extensively in the last 14 years. We have stayed in 12 states between Florida and California and up the east coast to Washinton D.C. Our favorite go to has become the Florida panhandle beach of Laguna Beach (PCB area).. and the main reason for this repetitive choice is the all star team April and Aaron of AKGetaways. We first fell in love with the Coaral Casa because the beauty, comforts and cleanliness are all even more real than the pictures upon first opening the front door. We also have a loving pet who literally races to the doggy door as soon as the gate is opened. Switching gears along comes their second pet friendly home The Aqua Vista. Now we have the decision or option of choosing from two equally great homes near the beach to kick back and relax in total comfort. I'm going to describe them both in this review since they are basically twins with just a few very minor differences. The private fenced in yards and patios are not only her ( our dog Jazz)comfort zone for a week but it is a great set up of gliding chairs, Adirondack chairs and foot stools and oversized chairs around the dinner table areas. Atmospheric lighting, clean grills, propane fireplaces,privacy fencing, yet great views of the stars are all there ready for you to enjoy. Along with a shed/ garage full of bicycles for all sizes, a basketball goal, floats, boogie boards, beach wagons and many other " things" that are available which just shows the meticulous care that is put into these two great places. The grass and landscaping especially Coral Casa is kept up by irrigation and a robotic lawn mower which keeps all lush and healthy. On to the interior... there is ample space and good flow that have all the comforts of home as far as furniture and extra comfortable beds/ mattresses along with extra linens, throw blankets and even a pillow bed for your dog. The kitchen is fully stocked and all appliances are new and very clean. I don't want to ramble on but I will say that between the professional/ kind bookings of AKGetaways to the total packages of The Aqua Vista and Coral Casa we will continue to return to these as often as possible knowing that the consistency of luxury comfort and well maintained cleanliness will always be there no matter what seasoning is.
