This house is PERFECT for Couples up to Families with 8 people and any number in between. There are some additional Optional use bunks in one of the bedrooms suited for small children who like to stay in the room with their parents.
We ONLY rent to Families... No student only groups, No exceptions.

Located in the quiet Laguna Beach section of Panama City Beach (West End of the Beach), The 'Oleander Too' is on Oleander Street and is the 6th house from Beach Access 83. That's only a 90 second stroll to the Sugar White Sand! There's a Beautiful View from the Large Deck. We own and operate the Oleander Cottage just a few doors away and A Time To Remember in this same block. Combined with our condo rentals (also on the West End)we have over 200 perfect reviews on another nationally know rental website. Our goal is to make this one even better than the others. This is one of the quietest, most family oriented neighborhoods you will find. This is the quiet West End of Panama City you have heard so much about.
Worlds away from the hustle and bustle but only a few miles from everything you want to do and see. It's the perfect way to have a getaway and still enjoy all the new activities Panama City Beach now offers. The Carousel Grocery store and World FAMOUS Thomas Doughnuts are about a down the street. Shop and eat where local families and guests have enjoyed for generations.
The NEW Pier Park is only a 4 miles away and we are only 3 miles from Hwy79 (which leads to our NEW International Airport). Frank Brown park is 3 miles away. Winn Dixie & Publix Grocery stores are close in either direction. Local Restaurants from Fresh Seafood & Oysters to BBQ only minutes away. It's truly the Best of Both Worlds! ... Relaxed but Close enough to everything you and your family want to do and see.

We love this Beach House because it's close to everything but just far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. There's a grill outside, corn hole game, picnic table and Shaded Parking. There's another concrete drive in the back in case you want to bring a trailer... bikes or a boat/jet ski. This is the perfect place for for enjoying the outdoors!
Why Kids Love It
Kids love the Bunk Room, Clean White Sugar Sand Beach and the toys we have under the deck for them to enjoy without having to go to the store. Little kids who want to stay in the room with their parents have their own bunks (optional use in addition to the Bunk Room) in one of the large King Size Bedrooms. Laguna Beach is a Quiet Neighborhood on the Much Desired West End of Panama City Beach. It's the perfect spot, just far away from the traffic of the busier areas but close enough to do and see anything you like within minutes. It's the perfect Family location to vacation!

The Gulf of Mexico is about a 90 second walk at a slow pace. We are the 6th door away from Beach Access 83. The Carousel Grocery Store is 1 mile away, Thomas Doughnut and Ice Creme is 1.3 miles away.

We are David and Lisa Sample. Lisa and I are local Realtors here in Panama City Beach. We have a Real Estate sales office located right down the street at Celadon Beach Resort. We liked the area so much we move here in 2005 and became full time residents. Telling our guests about fun things to do and see is one of our favorite things. We love helping make your time here a Great Experience.
Why this property? We love how quiet it is here in Laguna Beach. This house has everything you need for an extended stay. It's always nice and clean. We love to sit on the deck, the sunsets are Amazing! There's SHADED parking ...which is very unusual here in Sunny Florida! There's also room for trailers and toys...
