This beautiful beach house has been designed around our years of experience with owning and renting properties on 'The World's Most Beautiful Beaches'.
Located in the quiet Laguna Beach community, just West of Panama City Beach, The Oleander Too! is in one of the most family-oriented neighborhoods you will find. This is the quiet West End of Panama City Beach that you have heard so much about. No getting in the car to go to the beach... it's a very short walk!
Worlds away from the hustle and bustle but only a few miles from everything you want to do and see. It's the perfect way to have a getaway and still enjoy all the new activities Panama City Beach offers. The Carousel Grocery store and World-Famous Thomas Doughnuts are just down the street. Shop and eat where local families and guests have enjoyed for generations.
Pier Park is only 4 miles away and we are only 3 miles from Hwy79 (which leads to our new International Airport). Frank Brown Park is 3 miles away. Winn Dixie & Publix Grocery stores are close in either direction. Local Restaurants from Fresh Seafood & Oysters to BBQ only minutes away. It's truly the Best of Both Worlds! ... We love this Beach House because it's close to everything but just far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. There's a grill outside, corn hole game, picnic table and Shaded Parking. There's another concrete drive in the back in case you want to bring a trailer... bikes or a boat/jet ski. This is the perfect place for for enjoying the outdoors!
Why Kids Love It
Kids love the Bunk Room, Clean White Sugar Sand Beach and the toys we have under the deck for them to enjoy without having to go to the store. Little kids who want to stay in the room with their parents have their own bunks (optional use in addition to the Bunk Room) in one of the large King Size Bedrooms.

The house is perfect. Spotlessly cleaned for your arrival. Plenty of space for all our needs. The wow factor for us has always been the location. Quiet residential area. No disruptions. Convenient to excellent grocery shopping as well as Pier Park. So close to the beach. A short one block stroll to two access points that open up to one of the loveliest areas of the fantastic Panama City Beach sugar sand beaches. We have been staying here for three seasons now and are eagerly awaiting our fourth. We take total advantage of the complete relaxation this house provides for us. All of this coupled with fantastic owners who are a pleasure to deal with have made this our “go to” place.

Communication was better than expected, before and during our stay. Lots of beds, plenty of room for the whole family. The beach was a very short walk, across a never busy road. We never minded the short walk, and the beach was never too crowded. Coffee on the porch, with the ocean views in the distance, was peaceful as can be. Other than occasional golf carts, the ocean and the birds is all you hear. Highly recommend.
