This is home away from home! Limited to 5 OCCUPANTS ONLY. During the months of June and July we do Saturday - Saturday rentals. Condominium Association Policy is NO PETS !
THERE IS NO SMOKING IN THE CONDO OR ON THE BALCONY.
This condo has a private large balcony with a beautiful view of the sugar-white beach and the Gulf of Mexico, lovely morning sunrises and even better sunsets. The 3rd Floor condo is high enough for privacy (safer for children) - yet convenient to take stairs as an option to avoid waiting on the elevators !
Balcony also overlooks the pools and courtyard - It has it ALL!
There is 24 hour security, hot tubs (inside and out), two kiddie pools, two large pools, tiki bar, sandwich shop, shuffleboard, BBQ grills and picnic area, snack bar/convenient store, arcade, and much, much more. (The tiki bar and sandwich shop are closed during the winter months.)

Registration Fee at the Summit for parking passes and arm bands are $17 for the week. Please make sure you check yourself in at the front desk.
This resort has a beach accessible wheel chair for your use.
My husband and I decided at the last minute to vacation in PCB. I contacted Mrs. Hand about her beautiful condo and it was available for 9/9/2020 thru 9/16/2020. She was extremely easy to deal with and very prompt with the return of my security deposit. The only negative thing about our visit was that Hurricane Sally caused us to cut our stay short by one day. Definitely hope to vacation at the GARS condo again soon!

Super cute condo RIGHT on the beach! If you are looking for a great location directly on the beach this place is for you. Honestly I don�t think the pictures do it justice. The owner is a text or call away and super easy to work with! You can tell that they take pride in their condo and are careful who they rent to. Overall here is my take on my experience: If you are looking for an overpriced luxurious 5 star type place you�ll likely find something to complain about. If you are looking for a PERFECT spot right on the beach that has every single thing available that you could need in a VERY CLEAN unit then this will be more your speed. The gated community was well protected even through spring break craziness. I never felt unsafe or unprotected while traveling �alone� with my two daughters ages 15 & 23. They both LOVED it. The third floor location was actually a blessing in disguise- it was high enough up to have a gorgeous view of the gulf off the large balcony but low enough we could take the stairs and not wait in long lines for the elevators... Value + Location + Cleanliness makes this a full 5 Stars!

My husband and I took our 13 yr. old granddaughter to the beach for her fall break. Great times were had by all! The condo was very clean. The 3rd floor is great if elevators are full you can take the stairs. Georgiana was great to work with. She is just a phone call or text away. Gets back with you instantly! I will be staying again!

The condo was a much needed place to relax and enjoy!! This is our 2nd time at this condo and we have loved it each time and definitely plan on going back!!!! Georgiana is a delight to work with and makes sure we have everything we need !!! The view and the pools are wonderful !! I highly recommend this condo .

All of my summer dreams came true with this room! It was on the 3rd floor which was perfect. It was high enough to have a great view and low enough that we were able to take the steps instead of the elevator. The unit was fresh and clean. We had 2 adults and 3 children and had plenty of room. The pools were great and the ocean was literally steps away! The Summit Resort has everything you need all in one place! I would definitely stay here again! Mrs. Hand was super easy to work with! She answered all of my questions quickly and kept me updated on check in times and when the room was ready!
