Thank you for visiting my page. I think you will love Grand Panama Resort. It is a premier property, located in the heart of Panama City Beach. Our unit # 2-1304, which is on the 13h floor in Tower 2, is a short minute walk across the pedestrian walkway to the beach. It is a fully furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with a queen sleeper sofa and bunks in the alcove. Wi-fi is included, with three flat screen tvs. Parking garage is conveniently located in Tower 2. Resort fee which includes parking is $50 per stay. You will enjoy this upscale property, with spectacular views of the strip, beach and gulf from the 21foot balcony. The Bay County Fishing Pier is located within walking distance, as well as shopping, dining, a water park and Goofy Golf.

About the owner: As I was growing up, Panama City Beach was my family's favorite vacation spot. As children, we rode go-carts, played for hours on the beach, went deep-sea fishing and crabbing. The tradition continued with my family. Panama City Beach has changed over the years, but remains one of the most beautiful beaches I have visited. We are happy to share our vacation home with our guests. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
You will have a Grand time at Grand Panama!
Why this property? We chose Grand Panama because it is one of the most beautiful and well kept properties on the beach. It is well suited for a family vacation or a romantic get-away. The view from the 13th floor balcony (which is really the 18th floor, because the first five floors are parking garage), is magnificent!

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I check in?
Owner will give you check-in information and a door code a couple of days before check-in. Purchase a parking pass from the Association Office for $30 per vehicle. Display it in your window with the room number facing out.
How do I get to the pedestrian walkway to the beachside pool and the beach?
Take the elevator to P-5. Exit to your right through the garage to the walkway. When you are in Tower 1, take the elevator to first floor and exit to the pool and beach.
Where can I find linens and pillows for the sofa sleeper?
They are located on a shelf in the master bathroom closet.
Is smoking allowed in the condo?
It is a non-smoking condo. Evidence of smoking in condo will result in loss of deposit.
Is there any video surveillance on property?
There is video surveillance in some common areas and owner has a video doorbell. None inside condo.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed.

We spent two months in this condo and it was the perfect place to spend the winter. It was close to pier park with lots of shopping and things to do. Condo was very clean and well equipped. Enjoyed morning coffee on the patio with the views of the sunrise and the gulf. Just so beautiful. The exercise room was great for our morning walks. Also enjoyed walks on the beach. Nanci is a great host! She was always available for any questions we had and informed us of things happening around us. We’re planning to return again next year for two months.

This condo is the perfect place to spend a few days, a week, a month, or more! The comfortable unit was immaculate, offering us everything we could possibly need. The view is breathtaking, with the most beautiful beach only a few steps away. The pools are great, my husband just loved the hot tub, and our son was impressed with the gym. Great shops, the pier and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The owner, Janice, is available for any questions, and is most helpful. We have stayed here before, and definitely hope to return - an amazing holiday experience! You won't want to leave!
