Emerald Island is an exclusive man gated resort community less than a mile from the world famous US Highway 192 where you will find shops, restaurants, and entertainment.
This nice villa offers a large private swimming pool and SPA with huge lanai. It provides all the amenities making your stay comfortable like a home away from home. It features a family room with two story high cathedral ceiling and a living room. There are two set of dining tables. Perfect for your big group.
The villa has two master en-suites (one is on the second floor and the other on the first floor) with two king size bed and its own large private bathroom, two additional queen bedrooms, three more guest rooms with twin beds, and a queen size sofa sleeper. It comfortably sleeps up to 16 people. It is managed locally so you always have someone to call on in case of a problem. This villa is pet-friendly (Pets fee applicable).

Plenty of space for the whole family!
Large vacation villa with plenty of space for everyone! Villa is open and airy with lots of natural light! Nice screened in pool and deck to enjoy the great Florida weather! Excellent location - close to everything! Quiet resort with lots of amenities and a family friendly neighborhood vibe. Reliable high speed wi-fi works great if working away from home. Multiple stays for our family in Emerald Island and we really enjoyed our stay here!
