Area Information

Indian Creek is located just 1 mile off Highway 192 at the new Margaritaville Resort (Formosa Gardens), right opposite Rolling Hills. This is a lakeside community and for your enjoyment it has a recreation area with tennis court, putting green, children's playgrounds, football pitch and a multi-purpose court. Also for those energetic souls there is a jogging circuit around one of the storm lakes.

Situated only 4 miles from the Walt Disney World Resort, Indian Creek is well positioned for all Disney Theme Parks and experiences - very close to a great short cut into the Disney area cutting out huge amounts of traffic, avoiding all queues which can occur at peak holiday times along the 192. Directions are as follows: Turn left out of Indian Creek, at the 4 way stop turn right this is a dirt track road. Follow this road until you reach the first junction, give way or yield to through traffic. Turn left here, at the traffic lights continue straight across, follow this winding road for a few minutes until you reach traffic lights. Turn right, Disney's Animal Kingdom is now on your left. Continue on for all other Disney parks now following Disney traffic signs. Indian Creek is so close that you can enjoy the parks in the morning, come back to the villa for a relaxing swim in the pool and then head back to the parks. Stay for the fire works then take the short cut home, miss the traffic.

The Formosa Gardens Shopping Plaza is about 1 mile away, which has a variety of restaurants and shops for your enjoyment.

Ideally placed for hopping onto the I-4 for Universal and Seaworld, Busch Gardens and both superb coast lines Florida has to offer.

Golf Courses are abundant in the area; on offer are many World Class golf courses!
