Livin' Large is a 2-level with:

Kitchen is fully stocked, including 12 cup regular & Keurig coffee makers, blender, crock pot, griddle, rice cooker, mixer, pots and pans and cooking utensils. This kitchen has all you need to prepare meals, not just a bare minimum of equipment. We also have seating for 24 in the kitchen, unlike many 9 bedroom that host 24 and only seat 12. *This home does NOT have a self-cleaning oven, which makes it non-compliant for Passover

About the owner: My God-given gifts are hospitality and service, so that has made hosting vacation homes such a perfect fit for me and our happy guests!!
I was born and raised on a farm in south-central Michigan, and am blessed to still live just 3.5 miles from the farm with my high-school sweetheart husband and 2 young boys. Before becoming a full-time mom, I had a successful 9-year career in technology sales.
As a family, we enjoy fishing, camping, hunting, baking, playing games and traveling in our free time.
We love our National Parks for the hiking, wildlife and amazing landscapes and have visited the Great Smokey Mountains in TN, Yellowstone in Wyoming, the Florida Everglades, and Denali in Alaska.
Once we started our family, we began using other's short term vacation rentals for long-weekend anniversary getaways and family vacations in Michigan and have always had a wonderful experience. We appreciate being able to cook our own meals for the most part and to relax and play games in a home instead of a hotel, not to mention we can create a very budget-friendly vacation by not eating out every night.
Our favorite warm weather destination is Florida. When winter comes, it's easy for us to take a quick Allegiant Air flight to several destinations throughout Florida. That's why we chose Kissimmee as our vacation home location. It's ideally located to the most popular attractions.
We've spent a good amount of time at our place and can make specific recommendations to help you get the most of your stay - see our guidebook. We are happy to share our place with others, so they can create lasting memories just as we have. We feel there is no better way to spend our time and our money, but to create memories with the ones we love.

Our family of 18 had an amazing week in "Livin' Large"! The hosts thought of everything and provided so much more than other places normally do - a thoughtful welcome bucket filled with goodies, laundry detergent, coffee pods, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, even hand soap for every sink. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the dishes, cookware, tupperware and utensils we would need. It is super rare that we have ever stayed in a place that truly had room and accommodations for ALL of us! Seriously, no detail was left out! We also truly appreciate how responsive the hosts were to any of our concerns and needs. When our wifi went out over night, the hosts worked quickly to get it resolved. Thanks for providing us with a wonderful place to stay and helping us have a very memorable family vacation!

Mary-Anne S.Great home for a large group
Let me start by saying that Laura is fantastic at communication. Our group is from Canada and we originally booked the house in 2020, but had to delay due to COVID-19 border closures. We communicated every year until finally we were able to come. Any questions or concerns I had, she answered very quickly. Most important factors, the house is clean! Garbage is picked up daily, which is a great relief with that many people. The house is huge and spacious, and accomodated our group of 18 very nicely. The first time ever we have been able to sit down to dinner as a group, as she has a dining table that accomodates over 20 people, a novelty for sure.. The house is relatively close to all parks - Disney, Universal and Busch Gardens, There are multiple walmart stores close by for daily shopping. Wifi worked very well, no issues there, the pool was large and a good size for us, Patio was big, (I set up my office out there) I would reccommend maybe a bigger patio table.. Entry into the community was easy, and almost little to no congestion. I really have no complaints about our stay there, and have only the reccomendation of the bigger patio table, and possibly a second fridge. I would absolutely recommend this to any large group looking for a modern and comfortable place to stay during their vacation.

Elaine G H.Beautiful & Spacious Home Close to Walt Disney World
This home was beautifully decorated and accommodated our family with room to spare. Perfectly situated within 20 minutes of Walt Disney World's Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Epcot. The heated pool/spa was great for the grandchildren to enjoy. The owners were very helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend this home to anyone!

I was very pleased with the homes cleanliness it was exactly as it shows in the pictures. I had no problems while being there as the instructions were very clear for our checkin and checkout. The home was beautiful and a perfect size for the big family that we are, will definitely recommend. The only suggestion would be that there should be no charge to use the grill as it kinda felt like the price of the home rental should come with using the grill as it is for using the pool and of course making sure it’s clean before you leave. Thank you

Thank you Zuleyma, I'm so glad you loved the home and found it clean and appreciated our customer service. We charge a minimum for the grill just to cover the additional cleaning and propane cost as well as equipment. We purchased new grills 9 months ago and have not yet broken even with the expense of maintaing them. We do this as a service for our guests don't have to arrange rental from the company in town that rents a tiny grill for $50. See you next time! You were excellent guests!

We stayed here for our post-wedding vacation with 16 people. It had plenty of space, great amenities, and a dining room table to fit the whole family!It was great having access to the community water park along with the private pool and spa at the house.It was conveniently located near all of the parks while still being in a quiet area in a gated community.Host was very communicative and great to work with. We would recommend this house to anyone visiting the area with a large group!
