About this rental
Recently renovated luxury property now available for your next Orlando adventure. Two themed kids bedrooms each sleep 4 kids (or adults), five oversized bedrooms each with king size beds. All bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms downstairs, 5 bedrooms upstairs (including the two themed bedrooms). Sleeps 18 overnight guests. We need your reviews! We're the new owners, please help us get the word out. Don't settle for a cookie cutter tract house when you can rent a custom designed upscale vacation rental and save money while doing it! Other properties will charge you $400+ per week for spa and pool heat. Not us!! Spa heat is complimentary! Enjoy all the heated bubbles and massage jets you can tolerate. This home has a dedicated full bathroom for the pool, no need to towel off the kids to go inside here! Do you want a heated pool during your stay, send me a note so we can set it up for your stay.
An amazing black-light arcade room is stocked with arcade machines, ride-ons, XBOX, PlayStation, skeeball, basketball, air hockey, foosball, and a pool table when you’re ready for some friendly competition (make it adults against kids). When games are through, head up to the home theater with tiered seating and leather recliners to enjoy your favorite films or tonight's game!
Venture out to the back patio with its summer kitchen and sitting areas. Take a late-evening dip in the gorgeous infinity pool with heated spa & decorative fountains, or gaze at the stars in front of the outdoor fireplace as you plan tomorrow’s activities.

Rates shown are basis a standard reservation period of 7 nights, checking in & out on Saturdays. Rates subject to change for any nonstandard booking requests. 3-Night Minimum Reservation Required. Must be 25 years old to book, copy of Photo ID required prior to booking acceptance.
Standard check-in time is 4:00pm, and check-out time is 10:00am.
No animals or smoking of any kind allowed on premise. Animal & Smoking Cleaning Fees are not covered by the Damage Waiver.

How much does it cost to heat the pool during my stay?
Pool can be heated to 88 degrees for the length of your stay for $500. Late Spring thru Early Fall Pool temperatures are typically 84-93 degrees and we wouldn't recommend paying for pool heat during this time. The jetted spa heat is complimentary (FREE) during your stay and is set to 101 degrees.
Do I have access to the resorts amenities & golf courses?
Yes you do!! All overnight guests will be issued a wristband by the Resort for the duration of your visit. Providing the names of the guests in advance will speed the registration process, so you just have to pickup the bracelets at the Club House when you arrive. Will need to provide first & last names.
Can I have an event at your house? Wedding Reception, Birthday Party, Reunion
Absolutely you may! You must let us know in advance. There will be an additional fee assessed for any unordinary cleaning required after your event and this is not covered by the Damage Waiver. Quiet hours are 10:00pm to 8:00am. All fines are the liability of the guest for violating noise and trash ordinances.
