A newly built property in 2019, Over Yonder On The Cape is designed with elegant modern touches throughout. This gorgeous, gulf view, stand-alone unit features four large bedrooms each with its own private bath, three balconies and comfortably sleeps 10.
Over Yonder has two Master Suites located on the 2nd and 3rd floor, each with a king bed and a large master bath. Both Master Suites have large gulf view balconies to enjoy the famous sunsets of Cape San Blas. A Queen room is located on the 3rd floor and also has a private bath and view of the Gulf. There is a Bunk Room located on the 2nd floor which includes 4 built in bunk beds, a private bath and view of the Gulf. All four bedrooms are equipped with wall mounted flat screen TVs.
The main living area, dining areas and kitchen, along with a half bath and a large balcony are located on the 4th floor. From this balcony you will enjoy a fantastic view of the Gulf. The beautifully designed kitchen is well stocked and features modern appliances, breakfast nook and plenty of seating. Dine out on the deck, at the dining table, at the breakfast bar or nook.
The comfortable living area features flat screen TV with blue ray player and sound bar. Also included is a collection of DVDs, books, puzzles and games for guest use.
Over Yonder on the cape is just steps to the community pool and beach. Beach chairs and games are provided, as well as a beach cart to get to and from the beach with ease. There is an outdoor shower with hot water for rinsing off from the beach.
A large gas grill is also provided for guest use.
To ensure everyone is comfortable, Over Yonder has three air conditioners to provide comfort on every floor as well as 2 water heaters to provide plenty of hot water when needed. And of course, there is a residential elevator.
Over Yonder on the Cape is the newest property in the Sea Cliffs community, having been built in 2019. Sea Cliffs is a private gated community located next to St. Joseph's State Park. Sea Cliffs features a community pool and plenty of open space. Parking is available for 3 vehicles.
The bunkroom is two bunks that are twin / twin.
