Bayfront! BEACH ACCESS!! NEW KING BED, Studio. Dock. Pool. One big room now with a KING bed and couch ( makes into a bed). The kitchen has everything but a dishwasher including a coffee pot. Dish network with a LOT of channels. Blu Ray DVD player, Wi-fi, bed and bath linens.
PLEASE NOTE: This unit is big enough for three adults or two adults and two small children. Or two adults and 1 teenager etc. It is not big enough for 3 large teenagers and an adult.
Area Information
For starters our backyard is the bay. And the views are amazing. Even from the pool! We are located on the bay north of the Rocks just past the Scallop Cove and Marathon gas station. Located next door to the San Flea Rental on beautiful Cape San Blas. Rent kayaks, bikes, wheelchairs, fishing rods you name it right next door and head out into the bay or take them to the beach. We have a great bicycle trail. Ride to the store and get some ice cream or fresh daily doughnuts. And if you are interested in fishing we operate Congo Charters too. Visit the parks we have in the area or try a hand at scalloping or fishing. Or head to Port St. Joe or Apalachicola for good food, shopping and siteseeing.

Don’t let this one slip by! We had the best stay and one of the most relaxed vacations on the bay. Our hosts were simply delightful and we will be back for future visits. No complaints except I should have booked longer.

We loved staying at Bayhaven. It's in a great location with beautiful sunrises on the bay. Perfect size for a couple and had everything we needed. Jyll and Doc were wonderful hosts and were quick to resolve an issue that came up in the bathroom. We look forward to returning again next year!

Seemed nice enough but we were not able to stay as the AC wasn't working so had to find another place last minuteAlso, ensure that confirmation includes everything (fee, taxes, cleaning etc) as my first confirmation did not include everything and I was given a different total 4 days prior to arriving.Owner was very responsive just not a smooth rental process at all

I am so sorry that the air conditioner was broken when you got there. I’m glad you were able to find another place. The only reason I charged the different price was because I have to pay sales tax to the county and the state. I offered to take pay the tax myself. As I understood how she felt. Unfortunately when she got there the air conditioner was broken. It’s never fun to go on vacation and have issues so I completely understand.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The place is cute as can be, perfect size for 2 adults and our dog. The location is wonderful. Sitting out on the back patio drinking coffee and watching the sunrise was spectacular. We spent a lot of time on the back covered patio, and the furniture out there was so nice and comfy. The little kitchen had everything we needed. The king sized bed was so comfortable, and everything was cozy and terrific. Communication with Jyll the owner was easy breezy, and everything was great. We can't wait to come back and stay here again. I can't say enough good things.

This was the perfect size for the two of us. Relaxing cool breeze off the bay sitting on the patio with extra comfortable furniture. Absolutely the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. Sunrise over the bay is amazing!

We always enjoy our visit to Bay Haven studio on St Joe bay!! It’s quiet and peaceful with wonderful views across the bay. The sunrise is fabulous and the beach is close. We enjoy kayaking, biking down the paved trail, Skully’s low Country boil, the pool and just relaxing on the patio. It’s perfect for the two of us.Jyll and Doc are very helpful and the neighbors are perfect for kayak, SUP boards or bike rentals!

We absolutely loved the place. Owner made us feel right at home. Sunrise was spectacular! My six year old great niece learned to swim underwater in the pool that was perfect size for her. We have already booked our next stay in September.

We absolutely loved staying at Bayhaven. Jyll was extremely easy to work with and great with communication. The studio is small, but was perfect for two adults, our two boys (6 and 11 YO), and our dog. Everything was very clean and very well stocked. We made multiple meals and had everything we needed. We loved being right on the bay and waking up to the sunrise. The beach was a very quick 5ish minutes walk. Scallop Cove was a 2 minute walk, which was great when we needed something quick. Both Jyll and Doc were so friendly and welcoming. We lost power the first night for a few hours (the whole island was out) and Doc brought us a great lantern to use (again, so friendly). The ice chest was a really nice bonus when loading up the cooler. We will surely be back!!

Bay Haven was just perfect! Studio has everything you need. The views of the Bay are beautiful with the beach just a short walk away. Owner could not have been nicer. Will certainly visit again.

My husband and I had a beautiful time! This studio had plenty of room, was very clean- and the view was amazing. We kayaked on the bay at night - the moon was so bright we could see the grass beneath the water. Beach access is very close across the road. We would definitely stay again!

There is nothing more beautiful than sunrises on the inlet from this porch. Perfect for 2-3 people, close to the beach, and has all the amenities needed for a relaxing and easy-going beach getaway. Jyll and Doc are great hosts and some of the world's loveliest people.

This studio is perfect for a stay on the bay. Jyll and Doc are so nice and helpful. We had 2 adults and 2 small children. It was plenty big enough for us, but if your kids are older I would say 3 total people is the max. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking utensils you need! The bathroom is shower only, but also has a washer and dryer which is super nice! The pool has such a nice view to the bay and the dock is so fun to walk out on and just watch (or fish!). There is also a covered outdoor area with plenty of seating and a table to eat. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location on St. Joe bay! The studio was very clean, newly built and nicely decorated. Hosts were very helpful. We brought our kayaks and put in from the dock to go scalloping. We had access to the small pool right off our lovely covered patio. The sunrise view is wonderful. Would visit again!
