Our One Particular Harbor is a 1400 sq ft 2 bedroom, 2 bath 5th floor condo with an ocean view, located in the Oceanwalk gated community. Oceanwalk is just across the street from the wide, white sand, no-drive portion of south New Smyrna Beach.

Our spacious living room has a flat screen television with cable service, DVD player, stereo system, wireless/wired Internet access, and seating for 5-7 people. The adjoining dining room table has seating for 4 with 2 additional seats at the kitchen breakfast bar.

The large, sunny balcony off the living room includes a table with seating for 4 and a chaise lounge, where you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching magnificent sunrises.

Bedrooms: The master bedroom has a king-size bed, large dresser, ceiling fan, flat screen television, walk-in closet, and direct access to the balcony described above. The master bath includes a Jacuzzi tub, a separate glassed-in shower, and double sinks. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, chest of drawers, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, and adjacent full tub/shower bathroom.

Amenities: You will have access to 2 large clubhouses, each with a large patio terrace, gorgeous pool, hot tub, exercise room, and barbeque grills. You will also have access to a dry sauna, tennis courts, a putting green, basketball hoop, shuffleboard and bocci ball courts, ping-pong table, and nature preserve with a wooden boardwalk that winds through an area noted for wildlife and bird watching.

Kitchen: The kitchen has a side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, glass-top stove/oven, dishwasher, disposal, small appliances (coffee maker, toaster oven, Crockpot, hand mixer, etc.), a full complement of pots, pans, cookware, and utensils, and table service for 8.

The unit features a washer and dryer, and is fully stocked with bed linens and towels.

Our cleaning team takes the COVID-19 recommendations very seriously. They are cleaning all surfaces with Microban, including spraying furniture and bedding with it. We follow all the Volusia County requirements for vacation rentals.

My wife and I stayed in One Particular Harbour and it was perfect. Very clean upon arrival. Beach towels and chairs available. Beautiful ocean view from balcony while eating breakfast. We've stayed at Oceanwalk condos before bit this is our favorite one. Will stay again and would definitely recommend to others.

This condo is in a great location close to the beach and the pool on site. The owner was very accommodating and replayed quickly to any questions. The condo is comfortable, and we'll equipped. Highly recommended.

We had a great time during the month of April/19 at One Particular Harbor. We have stayed at this condo quite a few times. It has everything we need and we are booked to go back again next April, 2020. New Smyrna Beach is a lovely spot.

Excellent Condo and Great Owners

The owners are extremely wonderful to work with. The condo is beautiful and well equipped with the only exception of a hair dryer and Keurig. There is an awesome view of the ocean and the furniture is very comfortable. OceanWalk is great with amazing amenities and an easy walk to the beach. Excellent place to stay!
