About the owner: My name is Elena and I live in Longwood, Florida. My husband and I along with our three grown children and now grandkids have enjoyed coming to New Smyrna Beach for over 30 years. I am completely hands on and I don't outsource anything other than the cleaning. I take so much pleasure on hosting new guests from all over the country as well as welcoming back previous ones. My family thoroughly enjoyed this beach front condo which had every amenity you could think of—-games, books, puzzles for rainy days along with lots of varied kitchenware, tons of outdoor toys/beach chairs and even a washer/dryer in the unit to help minimize the need for bringing lots of clothing. Being on the ground floor meant that there was no need to climb stairs and it also provided easy access to the enclosed pool area. The condo was extremely clean and most comfortable. One of the best perks is that this condo is on the “No Drive” section of the beach which means that the kids can play safely in the sand. Elena and Tony (the owners) are most responsive to email questions and concerns. This is truly a wonderful place to stay!

Condo was very nice, updated and clean. Enjoyed relaxing on the patio looking out to beach and ocean. Had many beautiful sunrises to watch and walked the beach every day. Elena was great to work with and kept us updated on progress on repairs required after hurricane.

This was our second year in a row and next year is booked for us as well. That is how much our family of 5 loves NSB and this Condo! Being on the ground floor makes it so convenient especially with a busy little one and all those sand toys, chairs ect and back and forth from the beach to the pool. And all those things are provided by the owner! Also extra linens, pillows, blankets the kitchen she keeps stocked with spices, everything you may need to cook your food in. But this town also has so many great restaurants! I also do dinner pick ups and eat at the condo you can eat at the dinning room table with the view of the ocean or out on the terrace/ lounge area where there are tables by the lawn chairs. The owner Elena is wonderful to book through! This condo is so relaxing and cozy with beautiful views.

They have lots of amenities to offer, great location, not far from really good restaurants, and a lovely beach view right from the patio. They are wonderful people to work with as well. Perfect for my husband who is handicapped. Close to pool and steps to the beach! The pool and Surrounding area was very clean. I appreciated the well stocked kitchen There were beach chairs and even childrens sand toys. We definitely will be back!

We enjoyed our trip to New Smyrna and this beautiful condo at Sea Coast. Perfect location on the no drive beach. Wonderful sunrises and a great place to walk the beach. The condo was very clean with lots of amenities and special touches. The owners have taken good care of this condo. All photos and descriptions are accurate about this gem.

We stayed a week and we couldn't be more pleased.It's 10 steps to the pool and about 50 down to the ocean. It was absolutely amazing!It was a simple process and Elana was wonderful to work with.We will be back every year!!!

The condo had everything, views were spectacular. New Smyrna hasn't changed much, I've been coming here for 45 years and it is still my favorite Beach. We went to Norwood's Restaurant and it was great, better than I remember.
