This fully furnished, newly remodeled and furnished well equipped 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is located in Sea Coast Condominiums, a direct oceanfront complex located on the non-driving zone of New Smyrna Beach. It is located on the fourth floor and can comfortably sleep 6 with two extra twin mattresses under the twin beds. The ocean is never out of sight while you grill-out on the oceanfront sundeck or strike-up a beach side shuffleboard tournament. Sea Coast Condos is a paradise for all to enjoy. Renters ages 23 and up.
In Dec. of 2022, 90% new furniture was purchased; 70% new flooring and repainted and retextured the entire condo.
Why Kids Love It
There is a kiddie pool at the complex. You can spend time making sand castles at the beach, walk the beach and look for shells, make shell necklaces, etc. Lots of fun for the kids.
Area Information
New Smyrna Beach (NSB) is a Florida city south of Daytona Beach. It’s a surf hub known for its beaches, including nearby Canaveral National Seashore. The coastal Smyrna Dunes Park has views of Ponce Inlet and its lighthouse. Downtown’s palm-lined Canal Street Historic District has art galleries, shops and the New Smyrna Museum of History. There are no chain restaurants on NSB’s beach side. Everything is locally owned with only mom-and-pop style restaurants. You can fish, golf, kayak/paddle board, surf, bike, horse-back ride or simply enjoy the beach. NSB is the “Redfish Capital of the World.” Anglers can participate in world-class fishing offshore and in the backwaters of Mosquito Lagoon. NSB has the most biologically diverse estuary in North America. It is home to more than 400 species of birds, dolphins, manatees, alligators, turtles, and more. NSB was selected as one of the top beach vacation destinations in “Canadian Traveler’s Top American Trips” for 2017 and received a five-page spread in Southern Living magazine’s June 2017 issue.

My favorite spot at NSB - directions to it: This is a location where you are sure to see manatee and sometimes Dolphin...when departing the beach condo turn left. You will drive about 6-7 minutes and you will start to see the street sign names go up in alphabetical order. Look for ladyfish and turn right; then make a left and you will see a park. The park has a play area for children as well as a wooden walkway that some people fish off of. There is also a spot to put in your kayaks and paddle boards. The manatee like to go under the wooden walkway or pier and near people's individual docks and just hang out in this cove area. Some people rent kayak's from JB's and kayak over to this spot.

About the owner: I am an executive assistant by trade. I am married with two kids and we have a family dog.
Why this property? I have been coming to New Smyrna Beach and staying at this beach condo since the age of 4. I am now in my 50's and it's been a wonderful place for our friends and family to vacation at over the years. It's a fully equipped 2 bedroom 2 bath condo right on the Atlantic Ocean so the proximity to what we need for our beach vacation getaway is right on property. I have food allergies so having a fully equipped kitchen is really handy with a small grocery store across the street and others a short drive away.

Are there beach chairs?
Yes, in the condo balcony area inside a large black container. They are camping chairs used at the beach.
Do you have hair dryers?
Yes, I placed one in the master bathroom under the sink.

We stayed at this condo and highly recommend this unit, #412, if staying in the New Smyrna area . The owner , Kimberly , was very easy to work with from the first time I contacted her . She responded very quickly and gave me all the info needed to not only book the unit but about the area too. All of the staff at Sea Coast Condominiums were helpful and pleasant . My 23 and 21 year old daughters loved the easy access to the beach as well as the pool. My husband enjoyed fishing and I loved being able to go in the pool and then sit by the pool or beach while reading my latest Patterson book . We hope to be back in the future !!!

Staying at the Sea Coast, #412 was amazing. You actually can't ask for a better location. If needed you can park your car and not have to drive it again until you leave. You have the grocery store, restaurants, beverage stores right across the street.There were plenty of things for everyone to do, the beach was our home away from home. We went to the Kennedy Space Center and managed to get a deep sea fishing trip in, both trips made wonderful memories.The staff was amazing throughout the whole trip, answered any questions we had and made the check-in/out really super easy. I stayed for a week at Sea Coast and it was situated in a great spot. Close to all the activities I care for. I like to walk the beach, ride the waves and eat a nice dinner out when I stay in New Smyrna beach. I am a native Floridian and NSB is the best beach in Florida. The unit was clean and comfortable, and the complex has recycle bins, a big plus for my environmentally conscious mind. The owner was very helpful also. I will go back again.
