This property is currently under construction repairing the seawall and beach deck as well as beautification projects around the property. Due to this project, there may be reduced guest parking availability and noise disturbances. Condo #104 is located on the first floor and the construction may obstruct the beach view and access to the grassy area in front of the patio. Temporary beach steps are in place to allow beach access during this project. The estimated completion is end of 2024.
