Welcome to Sea Coast Gardens 3 #104 "Paradise Found"! This popular ground floor condo is so close to the beach, it feels like you are on it! No stairs or elevators, enjoy the convenience of being on the first floor. Everything in the condo has been updated and newly furnished. It sleeps 6 with a King in the Master, two twin beds in the Guest bedroom, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the ocean-front Living room.

This property is currently under construction repairing the seawall and beach deck. Due to this project, there may be reduced guest parking availability and noise disturbances. Condo #104 is located on the first floor and the construction may obstruct the beach view and access to the grassy area in front of the patio. Temporary beach steps are in place to allow beach access during this project. The estimated completion is late Spring/early Summer 2024.

Ponce Inlet, just a couple minutes North, is one of Florida's destination surf locations as well; throwing both left and right, decently sized swells.
