This condo is your vacation home away from home located in New Smyrna Beach a beautiful ,quaint and peaceful seaside community . Stay at this beautiful contemporary large 3/2 resort style, family friendly condo. Located just across the street from the beautiful New Smyrna NO-Drive portion of the beach ( recommend by Disney as the beach for the ideal family vacation) with pedestrian access and and short walk to the breathtaking seashore ! The condo can also be used to accommodate guests requesting a 2/2 or a 1/1 and rates can be adjusted. Great for a week long family vacation, couples weekend, singles ,retreat, family reunion, weekend/weekday getaways, extended stay or executive lodging. The condo provides full kitchen, all linens and a washer and dryer in the unit.

This three bedroom and two bath condo is professionally decorated and centrally located within the complex. Enjoy this spacious and clean unit with nearly 1800 square feet of air conditioned comfort with soothing views from your private balcony providing a peaceful and relaxing environment. This unit features a master bedroom suite with a king-size bed, dresser with 2 night stands, large walk in closet and its own television. The large master bath has a whirlpool tub, shower, and double sinks. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with 2 nightstands and dresser and tv. The third bedroom has twin size beds, dressers and television. The kitchen is fully equipped and we offer a Keurig coffee maker along with regular drip coffee. The dining table seats six and the breakfast bar includes 2 stools. The living room has a flat screen television. Additional features include movies ,games and some beach toys, 2 beach chairs and a cart with an additional beach chair. Also included in the unit is WiFi , cable and free long distance calling within the US.
This state of the art complex is a gated community providing covered garage parking with an elevator in the garage lobby. The Ocean Walk Complex provides each guest with numerous amenities. The beautiful club house which is just steps from the unit offers basketball, tennis, shuffleboard, exercise room, sauna, heated pool, jacuzzi, grilling area, nature trail, large screen television with entertaining area. The other clubhouse also has a heated pool, fire pit ,bocce ball, private theatre room, social area with tables and chairs and wine bar all beautifully decorated.
Internet access is also available in both cluhouses. This modern complex is centrally located for easy access to activities such as shopping, restaurants, golfing, boating, and more.
World Attractions such as Disney, Epcot Center, Universal Studios and Sea World are only an 1 ¼ hour drive away. St. Augustine is a two hour drive. Kennedy Space Center is a hour drive and Famous Daytona Beach is just a short drive further north. Come stay at this inviting luxury beach retreat!

Visit the downtown area on Old Flagler Ave. where you'll find great specialty shops, ice cream, & surf shops. Visit the last Saturday of the month for a wine walk on Flagler, great fun!

No trailer, RVs or Boats on premise. I can recommend secure off site parking.
Cancellation must be made 21 days prior for a full refund with rentals under one month.
Rentals more than 30 days have a 60 day cancellation for a full refund .

Beautiful condo located on the southern end of Symnra Beach. Nice covered parking area, short walk to the beach (8 minutes from the door to “toes in the sand”), comfortable living room, kitchen with everything you need and cozy beds. Several amenities that were unexpected (nightlights in each room and several phone chargers). We certainly hope that we will be able to stay in this condo again!

We stayed at the condo from July 10 to July 17, 2021. We were a group of 7 people. We had a great time. The condo was very comfortable, very inviting, organized and very well equipped. Customer service was also awesome! I had to contact Diane for some general questions and she replied really quick within the hour and sometimes less. She even gave suggestions for bike trails or pizza places. We also used the pool, the exercise machine and the tennis court. Everything was really kept in great condition!!! Also, the beach was at walking distance, we loved that!

Very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated condo with Patio views of the pond. Fully stocked kitchen with dishes and pans. Bathrooms are updated. Closets fully stocked with towels. Lots of board games and books. 2 large pools and hot tubs to choose from. Loved the short walk to the beach and the 2 mile walk to Bethune beach. Downtown new Smyrna has tons of restaurants, bars and shops to choose from. Would highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful time in NSB. The condo was excellent, comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen. The location is close to shops and great dining.We plan to rent again in the future. Diane was very helpful to work with and returned our deposit quickly. I definitely recommend this condo for a restful vacation.

Beautiful home!!!! The owner was amazing!!!! The price is amazing!!!!! We will be staying again!!! The walk to the beach is so close. The pools at the condo was clean, the club home is clean!!!! Love that you need a code to get in so you know the property is always safe!!!! Also the natural rail walk on the property is beautiful!!!

We liked the location and the Oceanwalk Community. The condo was clean and we enjoyed the stay. It is close to Disney World, Daytona, Kennedy Space Center. We enjoyed the places to ride our bikes and they have nice parks in New Smyrna Beach.We felt secure in the gated Community. Hope to visit again.

We really enjoyed our vacation in New Smyrna Beach. We loved the condo so much that I took one of your cards and will be recommending you to my friends and relatives. But...only the ones that I know would appreciate and take care of the place as it should be.We LOVE this condo. I insisted my mother take the master suite and she has really felt special and pampered. All the rooms are nice and I love the details that make it special. I love the boat bookshelf in the twin bedroom and would love to have time to read some of the books.The large open floor plan is very nice. The furniture is very comfortable and has plenty of seating. The décor is perfect. It is well decorated without looking gaudy or busy. The beautiful parrot clock in the dining area is perfect!Thank you for sharing this wonderful place with us. You have made our trip even more enjoyable by your attentiveness to our needs and questions.
