Enjoy sunny Florida beach living at its finest. Errol By The Sea is five story complex with 130 units. All units surround a plush tropical courtyard with a paved pool deck on a white sand beach. Two large pools, one with a splash deck for small children. One pool is heated with a wind screen during the winter months. Non-chlorine, salt type, purification system. Plenty of tables, lounge chairs, and umbrellas, Pool side bathrooms. Lighted tennis/pickleball and shuffleboard courts. Un-crowded, no drive beach.
Snowbirds will enjoy the winter social programs, including shuffleboard, tennis, golf, bicycling, bingo, bridge, card game, exercise classes, crafts, parties and more. Many activities are in the large, well equipped clubhouse.
Spend a month or more at the beach and make it your home away from home. Still need to do some work? Condo has its own wi-fi, small desk and printer.
Enjoy the view from the completely remodeled two-bedroom condo. Living room features two recliners. sofa and two cozy chairs, 55-inch flat screen tv with cable. Fully equipped, eat-in kitchen offers everything you need for home cooked meals. Keurig/drip coffeemaker and various small appliances.
Master suite features king sized bed, reading chair, large flat screen tv and private bath with walk-in shower. Plenty of drawer and closet space. Second bedroom with queen sized bed, flat screen tv, closet and small dresser.
Utility room includes full sized washer and dryer. Special bonus, two five-foot bunk beds. Additional items, beach chairs, umbrella, and towels, boogie boards, fun noodles, indoor games
Many, one of a kind, restaurants in the area. Quaint downtown shopping village. Canaveral National Seashore 15 minutes, Disney 1 ½ hours, Kennedy Space Center 1 ¼ hours.

My month in this welcoming, well-equipped home could not have been better! Walking through the door you could feel the happy vibes…. This place has been the epicenter of many joys, laughs and good times! Beautiful kitchen and bathrooms, well stocked and very clean! I truly hope to do it again in the near future!
