Lantana is the cozy west side of a stylish triplex located just off of Atlantic Ave between the Garlic and Flagler Ave. This one bedroom, one bath home was completely renovated and showcases a private office with a handmade corner desk. No office works without high speed internet, and Lantana boasts 245 Kbps. A large monitor is supplied and even a printer should you need it.

The location is quiet, yet close to everything. Literally only steps away from the Atlantic Ocean, you can grab your beach chairs and lounge on the sand all day. Or take a walk north a few short blocks that brings you to all the restaurants, shopping and nightlife that Flagler Ave has to offer without the hassle of finding a parking space.

Decorated in a modern Balinese style, you will enjoy all the comforts of home in a cozy relaxed setting. Lantana has front and rear private porches with custom handmade cedar pergolas to add style and shade. There is a sandy toes foot wash and a hot shower outside. The front porch is a wonderful place to unwind and watch the world go by; the back porch offers a more intimate setting complete with mood lighting.



Inside you will find a full size kitchen that is primed to prepare a feast. Most guests, however, make reservations for dinner, and why not? All the dining and nightlife of Flagler Ave is just a short beach stroll away!

Lantana is complete with two HD smart TVs that have apps or connect to your device through Chromecast or screen share. Most entertainment apps will sync directly up, so there is no need to remember all your pesky passwords. There is TV+ with hundreds of channels. If you pay for cable at home simply download their app and you can bring it with you.

The master bedroom has a king size Casper mattress, Company Store Sheets and the office has a futon that folds out. The king bed is as comfortable as it is beautiful.

You will find Lantana welcoming, easy to stay in and ridiculously close to the beach. Bring your toothbrush, a bathing suit and your dancing shoes.
