Hi Folks, I'm Dr Gary and I'm a retired physician. For the last 25 years my wife and I have owned and rented this beautifully decorated, non-smoking condo with complete amenities not just for your comfort, but for mine too as we also spend as much time there as possible. It is AMAZING! We are located in the PRIME LOCATION on the top floor (fifth floor) of the directly oceanfront 'A' Building of the prestigious Moontide Condominium. Unlike other condos, we have no buildings to the North nor South blocking the views leaving breathtaking 180 degree panoramic views of the ocean from both the living room and master bedroom suite that will knock your socks off! Our 30 foot wide balcony, which stretches the entire width of the condo, leaves you so intimate with the beach you feel you can can lick the ocean. This building has a heated, roof-top pool and direct access to the Non Driving Beach, which is very important. Check out our Virtual Tour. The Moontide Condominium in New Smyrna Beach is uniquely versatile in its appeal to families with children or teens, retirees, and romantic get-aways. It is reasonably priced and a great value compared to other vacations and condominiums in the area. This accounts for our high percentage of return guests. A Mile away is New Smyrna Dunes Park. There is a 1 1/2 mile boardwalk/nature walk that is wonderful! If you look at our pictures it is prominent. While they cut off my head in the picture, Deep Sea and Backwater Fishing, my addictions, are AMAZING! Saturday nights New Smyrna Beach Speedway stock car racing. Every Wednesday AM there is a GIANT Farmers Market and Flea market at the Volusia County Fair Grounds.

My husband and I rented Dr. Gary's beautiful condo for the week of Thanksgiving. It was absolutely wonderful! The condo is so well stocked with everything you need. Terrific view of the ocean! It’s literally right there, especially at low tide it’s amazing. I loved it!I greatly enjoyed the big balcony and spent a lot of time reading out there, watching and listening to the ocean. (A recliner would have been icing on the cake for me.)We saw a rainbow our first day on the beach, which was a surprise because we didn’t have any rain. We lucked out with perfect weather and didn’t have to use the a/c except for our last night. I love the fresh ocean air, and at night you could see Venus & a lot of other stars in the sky.If you intend to do any cooking, the kitchen is VERY well equipped. I literally had everything I needed, and more. I appreciated that there was lots of dishware & silverware so I didn’t have to hand wash or run the dishwasher every single day.Wish list - the pool wasn’t heated and it just was too cold for me. I like pools that are at least 87 degrees. But we were able to be on the beach every day and enjoy the sound of the waves, so I didn’t miss the pool. There was a construction project going on, but that really didn’t bother us since the work wasn’t on the beach side. Glad to see they were doing building maintenance.I really enjoyed staying here and hope to be able to do so again - if I can find an open week next year! Dr. Gary is pretty well booked for the season, so a lot of other people must like it too.Thanks, Dr. Gary - I enjoyed this so much!

Enjoyed the well stocked kitchen, lots of pots and pans. Beautiful view off the balcony and nicely decorated. Only downside was no access to the beach, it had been destroyed. You could go a few blocks and get on the beach. I hope the access gets fixed soon for future renters. The pool is lovely and the place is very well run. Would definitely go back.

Thanks Marge. In regard to our beach access ramp that was destroyed during the hurricane, the new one is permitted, built and awaiting final inspection by the city.

Best condo location! Direct beachfront-views are great. The sunrise never gets old. Condo has everything you need except sunscreen & swimsuit! Dr Gary is great to work with & very responsive if have a question. The office staff are also very friendly. Condo is within walking distance to some restaurants & on the no drive beach We have stayed here several times & will be back

We have rented from Dr Gary several times & each time is better than before! Condo directly on the beach! Step out onto the full balcony & see beautiful sunrises. This condo has everything you need except swimsuits & sunscreen! Full kitchen(who cooks on vacation??) with good restaurants within walking distance The office staff are great if you need anything Perfect location on the no drive beach. We will be back-again & again!

We have stayed at this condo several times & each time is better than the last! If you want a direct beachfront condo then this is the place! All you need to bring is your swimsuit & sunscreen! There is a full kitchen, but who cooks on vacation! Awesome sunrises from balcony & if you are lucky to be here during launches just look up to the sky! Great restaurants within walking distance. The office staff are wonderful. Yes, we recommend & will be back. NSB is a great area! Condo is on the No-drive beach. Owner is great to work with

The location of this condo is amazing - the beach is on the doorstep! Great condo with a well stocked kitchen and all the amenities needed for a great family vacation. Dr Gary was quick to respond and help us get booked at the last minute after another condo fell through. The 30 foot balcony was fabulous and allowed for 180 degree views of beautiful beach coast, bird, whale and even shark sightings. We highly recommend this area and specifically this condo. During Covid this was a great safe and clean option for my family and will be for yours as well. We definitely plan on returning.

Stayed at Dr Gary's condo week ending 10/31/2020. When my wife walked in and checked it out the first thing she said to me was "this place is very clean. It looks clean it smells clean and after checking it out it is very clean." The condo itself is well laid out with the living area and master bedroom both having sliding glass doors leading to a 30 ft balcony with a close up view of the Atlantic. How close, at high tide about 75 feet. The condo is also nicely furnished and very well stocked for all your needs. We came to relax and leave Covid 19 behind so we spent most of our time on the beach. There were few people and no cars; it was a delight. We checked out the parks at both ends of town. The federal park at the south end has many spurs off the main road leading to a mound, a grand old house turned into a museum, miles of beach and a surprise at the end of the road. The historic district provided a look back in time and good outdoor lunches. All in all we had a great time and if you stay at Dr. Gary's you won't be disappointed. Thanks Dr. Gary, we will book with you again.

Dr. Gary’s condo was amazing. We brought the kids along and they had a blast. The condo is located just a few feet from the beach. It was very clean, spacious, and relaxing. We will definitely be seeking out this condo for a return trip.

Dr. Gary's condo was like being in heaven overlooking the ocean. There are plenty of places to eat, or go to the giant Publix supermarket and cook your own. Full kitchen with all the amenities, dining room and living room. The kids spent much time on the beach (sunblock is a must) or in their room watching TV. We had our own bedroom with private bath. But step onto the long porch and you're on the beach, literally! Beautiful weather, a Saturday night at New Smyrna Speedway watching races, giant outdoor flea market on Wednesday morning, the Daytona flea market Fri-Sun, minor league baseball stadium nearby (we were out of season), Daytona was 20 minutes away, and a deep sea fishing trip with the girls who each caught their first fish ever made for super pix! What more can you ask for? When we go back we'll try kyacking which we didn't have time for. Dr. Gary told us where and how so we'll take him up on it. He was a great help. It was one of our best getaways. Highly recommended.
