Modern beach themed house with a perfect location for your beach vacation! A short walk (400 steps) to the beach and NSB's historic Flagler Avenue with popular restaurants (240 steps). This home has been wonderfully planned and decorated to provide resort vibe centrally located close to everything New Smyrna Beach has to offer!

Spend your days relaxing in your large, private backyard which has a covered lanai with plenty of seating, dining area, and tiki bar with outdoor refrigerator. There is an outdoor hot/cold shower for washing off under the sun or stars. The gas grill is perfect for a cookout any time of day. Bikes, beach chairs, and other beach gear are all waiting for you in the storage shed out back.

Inside, the Master Suite has a king bed, full size dresser, a private bathroom with double vanity and walk in shower. There is also a second master off the kitchen with a queen bed and its own full bathroom with walk in shower. The Family Bedroom has a king bed and twin bunk beds with a full bathroom with shower/tub just across the hall.

The updated kitchen has everything you need to cook all your meals plus a separate coffee station with espresso machine, K-cup machine, coffee pot - all with an initial supply of coffee/pods and tea for you to enjoy!

Essential amenities include a full size washer/dryer, smart TVs in every bedroom and living room, and wi-fi throughout.

The back yard is completely fenced and has plenty of space for activities. Playgrounds, parks, and of course the beach are just a few minutes walk away.

There is parking for 3 cars out front, 6 bikes in the back shed. Bike or walk to the beach or Flagler Ave and explore the rest of New Smyrna. Biking together though the New Smyrna community is a wonderful memory and there is so much to see and do.

There is an EV charger (220v and 50a) if you bring your electric vehicle. There are also nice touches like the two Dyson vacuums and the extra table leaf + chairs. Just pack you bags and feel at home- but at the beach!

About the owner: Pam & Don have been an integral part of New Smyrna Beach for years. During our first visit to the area in 2017 we picked up on the unique vibe of merchants and the community and fell in love with the area. We've spent several years fully renovating this beach house to make it the perfect stay for our family and also guests when they are not using it.

Growing up in our family's restaurant business we learned outstanding hospitality skills, the importance of paying attention to detail and providing an outstanding guest experience. So inherently, as a Host, we have a genuine desire to create a memorable experience for our guests. We go the extra mile to make our guests feel welcome. If you are not familiar with the beach community, we can provide personalized recommendations for local attractions, restaurants (our favorite hidden gems), help navigate the area and discover unique experiences.

Why this property? Location is everything in New Smyrna Beach. Parking is challenge around Flagler Ave and popular restaurants. At this Beach house - park your car in the driveway and walk across the street to Flagler Ave and beach access is a block away. the extra mile to make their guests feel welcome. This can include personalized recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and hidden gems, helping guests navigate the area and discover unique experiences. SECOND TO NONE

The thoughtfulness poured into this property is unparalleled. From its location to the cleanliness and everything in between, you will have the best possible experience one could have. Family friendliness and utter comfort for all. With a full kitchen, and plenty of rooms for everyone and an incredible backyard to relax after a morning at the beach, one could not ask for more. I've been to this property countless of times and I'm never disappointed.

NSB trip

LOVED the house and the location. We walked to Flagler Ave in 2 minutes. House is well stocked and attention to detail is exceptional!!! Beds are Comfy!!!! Back yard is like a Resort, we spent a lot of time there. Can't say enough about this house. Owner is easy to work with.
