You have plenty of parking here, so leave the car at home and let your feet take you to the fun. Everything is a short walk away. You are between the Garlic and Flagler Ave, less than 1/2 a mile from Flagler and less than an 8 minute walk. It's less than .2 of a mile from the Ocean, and shorter than a 5 minute walk. Leave your car behind.
Small well behaved pets considered.
No Thugs, Parties or nefarious activities. The neighborhood keeps a close on eye on this house, and will call the police. I will not defend you. If you are looking for a party house, look elsewhere.

LisaBill’s property was absolutely perfect for our family, from the tucked away master bedroom with en-suite spa tub to the chef’s kitchen to the charming neighborhood, walkable to just about everything including the beach and all the great restaurants and action on Flagler Ave.We enjoyed our stay immensely, hope to come back very soon and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect New Smyrna Beach stay!

EricBill’s place worked out great for our stay in new Smyrna beach. Walkable to downtown about 6-8 min walk. Kitchen was very well equipped. He had lots of disposable items such as paper plates, plastic forks, and spoons, seasonings, etc.. the extra large dinning table made it very workable for the seven of us spread out and do crafts and play games. The boogie boards worked great for the kids at the beach and were appreciated. Air conditioner was very efficient and took allfile the humidity out of the air. I would recommend the French bakery across from the garlic can’t remember the name, but the croissants were great. I would also recommend Avenu for dinner! The current scallops were on point that was everything else the Ahi tuna tacos were incredible

TylerBill was a fantastic host, pictures do not do this home justice. Everything was set up perfectly, bill went above and beyond to ensure our stay was everything we wanted. The home was set up with everything in mind, the location is perfect and Bill has a beautiful home. We will certainly be back to enjoy this amazing home. If you are looking for a perfect NSB beach home, this is it.

ChristopherA great location to stay. Stepping out the door to the sound of the waves was very relaxing. Neighborhood is easy to walk. Close to Flagler, nice park nearby (although it is next to / part of a cemetery which is unique! - pickleball, tennis,. basketball, etc.). Plenty of parking. Lots of local restaurants. Kitchen was spacious and able to handle Christmas dinner without a hitch. The dining table was huge and seated everyone very comfortably. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. One neat thing that happened - on Christmas morning we walked outside to see one of the streets the house was cornered on adorned with those battery run tea candles in decorative paper bags as far as the eye could see an beyond. It was awesome. . Highly recommended. We needed an extra trash can and Bill had it in the driveway 10 minutes later. Great service.

This place is simply fantastic. Both units of this duplex have been completely redone from top to bottom and have a clean, warm, contemporary feel to them. I've stayed in New Smyrna dozens of times over the years and have only ever stayed in 1 other place this nice, and that was another property by NSB Vacation Homes. Not sure how many properties they have but they obviously are striving to be a cut above everyone else in town... and succeeding. Most beach units are usually dated and weathered. We've gotten used to expecting that when we stay there but this place has spoiled me into not wanting to deal with that again.Gorgeous kitchen, amazing bathroom ( that made me want to re-do my own master bath back home) and really cool outdoor bar and sitting area. The other thing is the location. I don't think I really realized when I booked it exactly how close it was to both the beach and Flagler ave. You can walk out the front door and be at the corner pizza place in about 30 steps. The beach isn't too much more. Flagler has tons of bars and places to eat so we never even had to get in the car again once we got there. That was part of what made it so much better than a condo in town, we never had to drive to get a drink or food! The Owner was nice and very responsive on top of it all. 5 stars from me and my wife! Can't wait to book for next year.
