You are between the Garlic and Flagler Ave, less than 1/2 a mile from Flagler and less than an 8 minute walk. It's less than .2 of a mile from the Ocean, and shorter than a 5 minute walk. Leave your car behind.

No Thugs, Parties or nefarious activities. The neighborhood keeps a close on eye on this house, and will call the police. I will not defend you. If you are looking for a party house, look elsewhere.

Bill was a fantastic host, pictures do not do this home justice. Everything was set up perfectly, bill went above and beyond to ensure our stay was everything we wanted. The home was set up with everything in mind, the location is perfect and Bill has a beautiful home. We will certainly be back to enjoy this amazing home. If you are looking for a perfect NSB beach home, this is it.

A great location to stay. Stepping out the door to the sound of the waves was very relaxing. Neighborhood is easy to walk. Close to Flagler, nice park nearby (although it is next to / part of a cemetery which is unique! - pickleball, tennis,. basketball, etc.). Plenty of parking. Lots of local restaurants. Kitchen was spacious and able to handle Christmas dinner without a hitch. The dining table was huge and seated everyone very comfortably. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. One neat thing that happened - on Christmas morning we walked outside to see one of the streets the house was cornered on adorned with those battery run tea candles in decorative paper bags as far as the eye could see an beyond. It was awesome. . Highly recommended. We needed an extra trash can and Bill had it in the driveway 10 minutes later. Great service.

Amazing place to stay
This place is simply fantastic. Both units of this duplex have been completely redone from top to bottom and have a clean, warm, contemporary feel to them. I've stayed in New Smyrna dozens of times over the years and have only ever stayed in 1 other place this nice, and that was another property by NSB Vacation Homes. Not sure how many properties they have but they obviously are striving to be a cut above everyone else in town... and succeeding. Most beach units are usually dated and weathered. We've gotten used to expecting that when we stay there but this place has spoiled me into not wanting to deal with that again.Gorgeous kitchen, amazing bathroom ( that made me want to re-do my own master bath back home) and really cool outdoor bar and sitting area. The other thing is the location. I don't think I really realized when I booked it exactly how close it was to both the beach and Flagler ave. You can walk out the front door and be at the corner pizza place in about 30 steps. The beach isn't too much more. Flagler has tons of bars and places to eat so we never even had to get in the car again once we got there. That was part of what made it so much better than a condo in town, we never had to drive to get a drink or food! The Owner was nice and very responsive on top of it all. 5 stars from me and my wife! Can't wait to book for next year.
