With the beach just out your door, this is a fantastic place for any family or small group. This host has thought of every last detail - from bathroom amenities, a well equipped kitchen complete with coffee, tea & spices to local art, and a variety of beach equipment for any age. This gorgeous space has set a high bar, exceeding all our expectations! We enjoyed quiet sunrise coffee on the patio watching the waves roll in, built sand castles with our little ones, and moonlit beach walks - we even watched a rocket launch! This quiet condo is located close to shopping and restaurants, with a national park just down the road, and a vibrant little downtown a short drive away. You can cover all your "beach town" requirements. Every question you could have is easily available thru the use of personalized links, while any additional enquiries are quickly responded to. We had a very nice time and could not have asked for more. We will absolutely be returning. Thank you, Jessica!

Our neighborhood is quite unique because we live in the no drive section of the beach which offers more peace and quiet than the other end of the beach.

Why Kids Love It

The kiddos will love the fact our condo is on the ground floor only steps from the beach and heated pool. There's even a smaller kiddie pool for the younger children.

We also offer beach games, toys, board games, and books.

Area Information

Sunrise Villa is our newly renovated two bedroom condo. We think you'll love the fact it's STEPS to the beach and pool because it's on the ground floor. The BEST part is you can sit on our patio overlooking the ocean to catch a sunrise, sunset, or even a dolphin or two. New Smyrna Beach has a lot to offer couples, families, and snow birds. From the world class restaurants, exciting activities, and beaches - there's something for everyone here.

Attractions Within Walking Distance

We are also located directly across the street from a grocery store and some great restaurants. You need to try the Bakers Table, Izzy's Island Ice Cream and Tacos (a little farther up the street) and C's Waffles.
