We recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at this condo in New Smyrna Beach. The unit was exceptionally clean and in excellent condition upon our arrival. It was well-appointed, comfortable, and offered absolutely heavenly views that made our vacation even more enjoyable.I would also like to commend Florida Vacay Rentals. Their communication was outstanding from start to finish. They went above and beyond to keep us informed, clearly communicated expectations, and provided friendly reminders throughout our stay. Their professionalism and attention to detail were greatly appreciated.The only concern we encountered was related to the property's trash and recycling area. While the overall property appeared to be well maintained, the recycling and trash dumpsters are located in front of the building,. During our stay, the recycling dumpster appeared to contain food waste and was overflowing. It was already overflowing when we arrived, and four days later the accumulation of debris had become even worse, with bags and trash spilling onto the ground.If the recycling company was unable to service the container because of contamination, alternative arrangements should have been made to address the situation. Aside from being unsightly at the entrance to an otherwise attractive property, it could eventually create odors and potential health concerns, especially during the warmer months.Overall, our experience with the condo itself and the management company was excellent, and we would gladly stay in the unit again. With better attention to the dumpster area, the property would be even more enjoyable.

We are always happy with Shorehom. Nice, clean, beautiful view. The unit is pleasantly decorated as well. My only complaint was that the weather service did not accommodate as it was cold!
