The unit also features flat screen TV's, dedicated wifi, all linens and kitchen supplies are included. The master has a king size bed, the guest bedroom has a full bottom bunk and a twin bunk as well as a pull out sofa. Point East is an 84 unit oceanfront complex on the No-Drive section of beautiful New Smyrna Beach. The property is a horseshoe shaped building that has a large center courtyard where there is an Olympic size seasonally heated pool, small kiddieshuffleboard courts, covered pavilion with TV, library, community grill and a small meeting room. Point East is in a great location within walking distance to a grocery store, convenience store, several restaurants and bars.

New Smyrna Beach is a hidden gem on the east coast of Florida. It is a quaint beach town with plenty of things to keep you busy. There are many local restaurants and beach shops. Flagler Avenue is the main area for tourists and has many shops and restaurants. New Smyrna also has several golf courses to choose from as well as the world renowned Atlantic Center of the Arts. New Smyrna not only has one of the beautiful beaches in the world it is also one of the best surfing spots around.

We had a great time! Condo was very clean. Location was very quiet, most of the tenants were adults and when not, youngsters were very respectful. The longer term tenants were very friendly and offered great advice. Arnie responded quickly to any inquiries we had and was great to work with. A handle came loose on the kitchen faucet, was fixed the next day. Pool area is very clean, pool is heated. No issues with parking. Beach is no drive section. We were able to see several launches from Cape Canaveral. Planning on returning next year for a bit longer. Thanks for the wonderful month.

New Smyrna Beach is beautiful in October. It was rather windy but beautiful, sunny and warm days. Our condo was absolutely beautiful and accommodated the four of us perfectly. We had a great pool and ocean view and was just steps away from the ocean it couldn’t have been any more beautiful! Charli was absolutely wonderful to rent from and very accommodating. Would absolutely go back to same place again.

Best part of this unit was the view. Being on the 3rd floor gives one spectacular views of the ocean. The bedroom facing the ocean was lovely and the beds upper comfortable. However, no mirrors.. hmm, I wonder why. Bedroom 2 with 2 twin beds was in the back of the unit. My daughter suggested room darkening curtains or shade due to light coming from outside corridor. She also complained the bed was quite uncomfortable and hard as a rock. There is no washer/dryer and amenities sparse. No foil, plastic wrap, baggies at all. Towels were not the best quality. Only 1 roll of toilet paper, many of the pots and pans badly inneed of good scrubbing. I could not get the TV in the master bedroom to work. The unit itself, altogether was nicely appointed. Sofa was quit comfortable as were the two recliners. After all is said and done, I would stay there again. The pool is fantastic, but it was too cold to use it.

The location provides a breathtaking view of the ocean every day. The condo has everything you could possibly need right down to a beach umbrella and all the kitchen cooking utensils necessary for our convenience! It was a great stay and a very spacious, well provisioned, and comfortable condo. Much thanks for being so thoughtful and considerate toward your guests!
