Welcome to Sea Coast Gardens 2 #515 "Stylish Beach Stunner"! Enjoy all of the comforts of home in this newly remodeled top floor 1/1 condo. This condo sleeps 4 with a King Bed in the Master and the added sleeping options of an extremely comfortable pull-out Palliser sleeper sofa. Kick up your heels on your dual reclining couch while watching cable on a large smart TV.
The bathroom was remodeled in November of 2022 to include a stunning glass/tile walk in shower.
This property is currently under construction repairing the seawall and beach deck. Due to this project, there may be reduced guest parking availability and noise disturbances. Temporary beach steps are in place to allow beach access during this project. The estimated completion is late Spring/early Summer 2024.

The intracostal waterway, Mosquito Lagoon, offers some of the best Red Fishing in Florida and we can help connect you with the most outstandingly friendly and knowledgeable guides in town. Ponce Inlet, just a couple minutes North, is one of Florida's destination surf locations as well; throwing both left and right, decently sized swells.
Explore nearby Canaveral National Seashore Park (just 4 miles away), day-trip to Orlando's many theme parks, take in a NASCAR race or the Speedway museum in Daytona Beach, go deep-sea or surf fishing, shop the boutiques in historic New Smyrna Beach, or play golf at the excellent nearby courses: LPGA, New Smyrna Beach Municipal (Donald Ross), Sugar Mill (Robert Trent Jones) and Walkabout (Perry Dye).

loved the pools and the beach being right there. The codo needs attention on a few things. I did call Floridavaca and let them know my thoughts before I left. The kitchen lights under the micro. didn't work, there was no small pans only very large ones, but the kitchen was just right for me. The couch did not recline and was pushed up against the wall. In the bedroom the over-head fan was so loud that I didn't use it. The door to go out to the small balcony was not sealed very well. you could hear traffic and see outside through the cracks. The wind blew the door open, so I had it locked all the time. There were no beach chairs available. Glad I brought my own. For the amount of money that i paid,for my hard earned vaca. I hope that these things get repaired. The bathroom was awesome and I enjoyed my 2 weeks away from snowy north New York. The sun and the ocean can do wonders for all. thank-you for helping me with my reservation , much appreciated...Janet
