Yes, we accept payment by credit card, or debit card, or bank transfer at no extra charge!
How do we access the home?
We provide driving directions, gate code access if needed, and a unique entry code for the door, after your balance payment is received.
When are my payments due?
A 20% deposit is required to reserve the home with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival
Do you accept payment in different currencies?
We accept payments in $ USD or £ GBP and other currencies at the prevailing exchange rate.
What should I do if I have a question or maintenance issue in the home?
There is a local management company who take care of the villa on behalf of the owner with contact phone numbers for non emergency matters during office hours and a 24x7 contact number for any emergency issues.

Our house was great....6 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bath with a hot tub and pool. The kids totally enjoyed the waterpark in the development (no additional cost). Upon request prior to our arrival, Alison had a BBQ on site for us. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Thanks so much Alison.
