Wait until you see the view! As you walk in the door you'll see the pool, large lanai, lake and golf course. This 2 bedroom plus den home is on a cul-de-sac, which assures added privacy. Our home is lovely and comfortably furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops. You'll find a king size bed in the large master bedroom. The guest room and bath are located at the opposite side of the home. Our lanai is very spacious with both covered and uncovered space and ample seating for entertaining. It includes a patio table, bistro seating, deep seating and lounge chairs and TV, as well as a gas grill. When you spend time outdoors enjoying the view, you won't want to come inside. We provide wireless internet service, a laundry room with a washer and dryer and two car garage. This is a home where you can relax indoors and out, have lunch pool side or cook a romantic dinner while sitting outside as the sun sets.
Located in SW Florida’s premier community, Pelican Preserve is an active 55+ center that provides so many amenities that it will be hard to choose what to do first.

My husband and I are Hurricane Ian refugees having been displaced from our condo near Ft Myers Beach. We were living in a hotel in Lakeland, FL when I saw this last minute opportunity come up on Friday night. We jumped on it asap and quickly secured it given the cancellation occurred over the New Years week-end. Eric, the owner was very reponsive. This house is amazing! Beautiful, nicely appointed, and the kitchen is amply stocked with plates, pans, glasses, etc. The ceilings are elevated and there is natural light throughout the house all day and is very spacious. The house has a 2 car garage and you could eat off the floors, it's so clean. The highlight is the lanai has a heated outdoor pool and overlooks a golf path and trees so you're not staring into the neighbors lanai. It feels like you're in a park. This gated community has hiking trails and offers various activities. Eric is wonderful to deal with and has called a couple of times to make sure everything is ok. He allowed us to bring our mini-poodle since we are displaced homeowners. Being here is a bright spot in what has been an awful situation post Ian. Thank you so much Eric.

We needed a rental while our new home was being built, we could only stay ten days of our lease, house was ready early for settlement an we had to leave. It was a very quiet property and extremely clean and comfortable, we actually hated to leave, we would love to do it again!

Great location with plenty of opportunities to walk and view nature in this gated community. We saw a bald eagle, cranes, turtles, alligators and so much more. Such a peaceful location, yet conveniences are just outside of the neighborhood: Grocery, Pharmacy, Restaurants (although we cooked at home in the beautifully appointed kitchen) and anything and everything you can imagine. We even took a day trip to Sanibel Island where nature abounds less than 30 minutes away! The pool overlooking the pond is where we spent many of our afternoons. Practical choice for remote workers, with great wifi. Also, plenty of resort-like community amenities, although we didn't use them due to COVID. Very content to stay close to "home". Comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. Clean, organized and nicely decorated, with responsive and friendly owners who take pride in their home. Thank you Eric and Andrea! We can't wait to return!

Cherie E.Fantastic Stay for a Family of Four
We stayed here for a little over a month, and wish we could have stayed even longer. The house is beautifully furnished and we felt like we were living in a model home. The beds were very comfortable, and the second bedroom with twin beds was perfect for our two children. There were essential items in the well-stocked kitchen that had modern appliances, so cooking was easy. The pool was a special treat for us and was a very nice size. We enjoyed it every day, morning and night. It was kept clean by a pool service that came every week. In addition, we spent hours on the lanai watching the rain fall or having morning coffee. The view there of the pond and golf course was very private. The owner called us several times before the trip to inform us about amenities, and frequently during our stay just to check that all was well. Whenever we had a question he would respond promptly and have things taken care of. The development the house is located in was quiet, nicely landscaped, and convenient to shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. We had a wonderful time away from our busy lives and hope we are lucky enough to stay here again.
