Welcome to our 2b/2b condo located in the beautiful and secure gated Kelly Greens Golf Course Community. The spacious lanai offers stunning water and golf course views on the first hole and is the perfect place to drink your morning coffee or savor an evening cocktail. Our unit is fully furnished with everything you need to make your stay perfect.

The unit sleeps four adults comfortably with a King in one bedroom and a Queen in the other. There is plenty of storage for all your personal items. The unit offers two televisions.

There is a building elevator steps away from the unit and the pool, tennis court, hot tub and grill are located steps from the building.

Kelly Greens has 5 miles of private, lighted sidewalks (with benches along the way) and streets for walking, jogging or biking (two bikes are available) along with many club activities (water aerobics, yoga, trivia nights, cooking classes, etc).

Kelly Greens is a private, bundled golfing community located between Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach. Sanibel is a sanctuary island in the Gulf of Mexico, famous for its world renowned shelling and the J. N. "Ding" Darling Wildlife Refuge. Fort Myers Beach is known for its sugary white sand beaches.

The Kelly Greens 18 hole par 72 championship golf course offers a fair challenge to golfers at all skill levels, including tee choices ranging from 4,455 to 7,028 yards. Facilities also include a full practice range, an extensive short practice area and 9,000 square foot putting green.

Racquet sports are popular at Kelly Greens with top class clay tennis courts near the clubhouse and a number of hard courts used for tennis and pickleball throughout the community. Weekly clinics, regular drop ins, inter and intra-community tournaments offers players at all skill levels a great way to keep in shape.

Kelly Greens is situated 3 miles from the Sanibel Causeway which takes you to Sanibel and Captiva Islands for the best sea shelling in Florida, pristine beaches, many great shops and outstanding restaurants.

Fort Myers Beach is 4 miles away with more restaurants, unique shopping and a great night life. The Minnesota Twins (Century Link Sports Complex) and Boston Red Sox (Jet Blue Park) training parks/stadiums, the Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall.

We are also not far from the Water Parks, J N Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge on Sanibel, Edison/Ford Winter Estates close to Downtown Fort Myers, Key West Express boat trip, Adventures in Paradise - excursions/cruises/tours, Minutes to so many clean & beautiful beaches (Fort Myers Beach with Long Fishing Pier - 10 minutes) (Sanibel Island Public Beaches - 15 minutes) Captiva Island Beaches - 30 minutes).
