The house has 5 bedrooms. Each of them has a large Smart TV. One of them is the master suite with its own bathroom. Another bedroom can also be used as an office. The spacious Great Room, the open living room, dining room and kitchen, is the heart of the house. The covered lanai is integrated into the living space by means of large sliding elements. There is a seating area for nice hours with a beautiful view of the pool and the canal. Into the pool with Infinty Edge is a 360 ° overflow spa used, which together with the colored lighting creates a unique atmosphere.

The living room is the heart of the house. The high ceilings make the room more spacious. Thanks to the sliding doors to the pool area, the lanai can also easily be integrated into the living area. There is the entertainment center at Couchecke. This is equipped with a 4k Curved Smart TV and a Dolby Atmos Home Theater.

In the open kitchen you can cook together. The kitchen is equipped with kitchen appliances such as induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave and side-by-side fridge / freezer. From the attached seating corner you have a wonderful view of the pool and the canal. Also the granite countertop provides seating. However, the actual dining room is on the other side of the kitchen. Attached to the kitchen is a small pantry.

The master suite, consisting of bedroom with pool access and bathroom, occupies an entire wing of the house. View of the room is the large king bed.
