With 3 bedrooms (1x King, 2x Queen) and 2 bathrooms, the villa offers enough space for 6 people. If you are expecting guests, the sofa bed offers overnight accommodation for 2 more people. The living area is brightly designed with high ceilings and a direct view and access to the pool area. In the living area there is also the great integrated kitchen with cooking island including gas stove and sink, granite work surfaces and modern appliances. In the master bedroom you have the possibility to get directly to the lanai (pool area) through a sliding door, there you will also find 2 walk-in closets and direct access to the adjoining bathroom with shower and double washbasin. Another bedroom and the guest bathroom with bathtub also offer direct access to the pool.

The lanai is spacious as is the heated pool and spa. The dining area with gas grill on the terrace is at your disposal for a cozy barbecue. The outside area is a real highlight. This is beautifully laid out with palm trees and other plants and thus offers sufficient privacy and privacy. Nevertheless, you have a wonderful view of the unique sunsets in western Cape Coral and of canal.

A paved path takes you to your boat dock and lift. The well-kept Tiki Hut invites you to linger. Treat yourself to a cold drink, let your eyes and thoughts wander and enjoy Cape Coral with its unique atmosphere.
