Located directly on a canal in a quiet area of Cape Coral, this vacation villa offers a relaxed setting with water views, tropical landscaping, and a well-designed outdoor space. Bright interiors and modern finishes create a comfortable environment for your stay.
The villa accommodates up to 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms are furnished with one king-size bed and two queen-size beds. If needed, a sofa bed provides additional sleeping space for up to 2 guests. The master bedroom offers direct access to the lanai, as well as two walk-in closets and an en suite bathroom with a shower and double vanity. One of the additional bedrooms and the guest bathroom with bathtub also provide direct access to the pool area.
The living area is bright and open, with high ceilings and direct access to the outdoor space. The integrated kitchen features a cooking island with gas stove and sink, granite countertops, and modern appliances.
The outdoor area is a central feature of the villa. The lanai offers a heated pool and hot tub, along with a dining area and gas grill for outdoor meals. The property is landscaped with palm trees and tropical plants, providing privacy while still allowing views of the canal and the sunsets in western Cape Coral.
A paved path leads to the private dock, where you can enjoy the waterfront setting or moor a boat. Please note that the boat lift is not available for use. The tiki hut offers a shaded spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Happy cape 16 was perfect for us. Accommodated three couples very nicely. Location was great with a beautiful park within walking distance. House had a nice lay out and equipped with everything we needed. The property manager was very nice. Check in and out was easy. Even the pool guy was pleasant. We swam in the pool everyday, had meals on the lanai and enjoyed our stay on the canal very much. Would highly recommend it.

Beautiful villa
We had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful house. We were nicely received by the manager. We were even able to arrange that we could enter a day earlier. The house itself met our expectations. Our family consists of relatively large people, so we found the Queen beds in the smaller rooms really too small. We also found the cushions on the lounge corner outside a bit too thin, not really comfortable. No further comments wonderful air conditioning that we could use well. And many fish caught from the jetty. Everything was further present we did not miss anything.

"Dear Alfred thank you for your review. Queen size is standardized in US and is the same size everywhere. So we don't understand that part of the rating. So if you are larger people then you should book houses with king size beds in the future. The lounge sofa is a standard product. It has to withstand weather and is not like a couch in the house. The cushions need to be washable & water resistant. We have this couch in many homes and have never had a negative comment about it over all these year"

This home was beautiful - large and opened, light, sparkling clean and with every possible amenity - heated pool and spa, on a gorgeous canal that we kayaked on, in a quiet residential neighborhood, but close to the bike trails. The neighbors were lovely, quiet people and the management representative was responsive and helpful (thanks Adam :)). We would definitely stay here again.

The house is nicer then pictures displayed, so much room, pool is great. Only wish it would of been easier to get the kayaks in and out. Loved them once you got in but it was difficult getting in and out with the steps. The location and house set up could not of been nicer.
