Stayed the month of April 2026. Second time around. Mike and Melanie were great hosts. House is very roomy and laid out with the master on one side and the two bedrooms on the other. With the sliding glass doors in the living room and master opened, the a/c did not have to be on. the lania keeps all bug free. All kitchen stuffs are available, along with linens. Very Quite and tucked away neighborhood, spacious yards with canals. Close to shopping and restaurants, with pine island making a comeback great sunsets each night. When I need anything Mike was there in by text in 5 minutes. Thanks again.

We rented this home in April 2025. a very clean, up to date home, in a quite canal filled neighborhood.. Mike had all the linens, towels and a complete kitchen stocked. The pool was heated by solar roof top to a pleasant 85 degrees each day. Large enough for our family. Stores and restaurants within 10 minutes make it a breeze to shop. Nearby bars had bands and singers. The area had a surprise with all the owls that Cape Coral is known for. The beaches are a 45 minute drive but your spending the day anyways. A very comfortable stay. Would like to return

We stayed at Mike's home for the month of April. The pictures are what you can except. Beauty, calm and relaxing. The home was very well stocked. Lots of pool towels and linens. A Quiet area with lots of restaurants nearby. Fort Meyers beach is a little drive but your spending the day anyways. The owls that Cape Coral is famous for are plentiful and in the neighborhood. The grandchildren loved them. Golf course 10 minutes away, as is Publix and Walmart. This is a rental for couples or families. Lots of room for fun and pool time, water was 86 in April and very clean, well maintained. Nothing was overlooked. Thank you for the use of your home.
