Located on the third floor of Building #2, near the elevator, this stylish retreat overlooks 2.5 acres of private sugar-white sand beach within our secure, 33-acre gated resort.

For added convenience, there’s ramp access to the beach — perfect for strollers, coolers, or guests who prefer an easy walk down to the sand, plus this stretch of Miramar Beach is the only area featuring a scenic boardwalk "walking trail" with continuous Gulf views, perfect for your morning walk with your pup.

Restaurants like Pompano Joe's, Captain Dave's, and Kenny D's are within walking distance, offering local seafood and beachfront dining. Outdoor activities and shopping options, including the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons, and Grand Boulevard are minutes away. If you forgot something you need for the beach, Alvin's Island is just a couple of blocks down Scenic Gulf Drive.


Grocery stores are located close by including Winn Dixie, Publix and a Walmart Supercenter. If you want ice cream or special coffee, there are shops within walking distance or a bike ride away (Dairy Queen, Bruster's, Bad Ass Coffee).
