This recently remodeled "Funky Beach Shack" themed two-story luxury vacation home is located approximately 125 yards from the beach (2-3 minute walk) and is only one house away from the neighborhood pool within the EMERALD SHORES subdivision, a gated beach ownership community! EMERALD SHORES is the only residential community in Destin that has a private beach pavilion with restrooms, outdoor showers, beach service and it's very own Cabana Cafe' & Bar! This eliminates having to go back to the home for potty breaks, or to rinse off the kids or to just get a bite to eat with a cold beverage. It's all available at the Emerald Shores beach pavilion!
The home has a spacious 2300 square feet of living area, a large front yard, and a gourmet kitchen which includes granite counters, stone back splashes and stainless appliances. Home is fully equipped with all kitchen wares and utensils for casual or gourmet dining. Your family will appreciate BIMINI BREEZE's large porches, balconies, patios, decks, gas barbecue grill and close proximity to the beach and pool. Balconies and porches are located off all bedrooms and living areas.
The home boasts three Master Bedrooms and two separate Living Rooms. This is a great set-up for three families with the bonus room upstairs providing a fun TV room and sleeping area for the kids (sleeps up to 8 kids) and is set-up as a 4th bedroom. Each bedroom has a private covered balcony or porch area and opens up to soak in our wonderful Gulf breezes. Sit out on one of the balconies or porches and read a good book or just kick back and relax while sipping on a frothy cold one. TV's are located in every room including wall mounted flat screens in the kitchen and the bonus room upstairs. A total of 6 flat screen TV's including a 51" 1080p LCD TV with surround sound in the living room downstairs, 3 Dvd's, and 2 stereos/cd. Ceiling fans are located in every area.
Balconies, porches, pools, and patios give you ample room to lounge around in a tropical paradise. The home is located on the first beach street cul-de-sac in the neighborhood and is a very short walk to the beach, to the large heated community pool, to onsite tennis or restaurants. BIMINI BREEZE has free wireless high-speed internet access (wireless 802.11g or b). We enjoyed staying here. The home is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans etc. Towel supply was adequate but could use more wash cloths and hand towels. The bedroom layout is perfect for our family and it was so nice to have king beds for the adult rooms! The walk to the beach is a bit longer than I gathered from the information but the golf cart shuttle is very nice. We loved the private entrance to the beach and having the bathrooms close by. Our grands loved the shaved ice at the snack bar. The pool close to the house was very nice and very well maintained. Definitely would choose this again!

The house was great we had kids from age 4 to 10 and the open room with all the beds upstairs is perfect. There was plenty of room for everybody well stocked in a great location. I also like the idea that the TVs were not just Roku they actually had cable.Check in was very easy. Josh was great. Answered all my questions right away. Parking was a challenge, but we got to know our neighbors, which made it very easy to fit all the cars. I think the outside. Could’ve been cleaned up a little better. It was pretty messy look like it hadn’t been swept in a long time.

This was our first stay at Bimini Breeze for snowbird season and we’ll be back next year. It’s within walking distance of two of our favorite restaurants and close to the beach as well. The kitchen is well stocked. Jay was very responsive to all of our needs.

We so thoroughly enjoyed our week at 31 Amber Cove in Emerald Shores in Destin! The house was inviting, and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was just as advertised: location, space, beach proximity, as well as proximity to restaurants and things to do. It met and exceeded our expectations! We had one very small issue, and Betty and Jay were quick to take care of it. The neighborhood was so family friendly, and we loved the quiet time after 10pm. That was especially important since we had a 3 and 5 year old with us.

2019 was our 1st family vacation with our children and grandchildren. We chose the “Bimini Breeze” for a wonderful Spring Break! We stayed the first week of April and although the weather could have been a little better the house was awesome! Bimini Breeze was a very short walk to the beach and the one of the heated pools was one house walk away. The house was very clean when we arrived. My son was the first to arrive as there was 3 of us that drove down (yes they accommodate 3 vehicles on this property) and he called me once he looked around and said “Mom you did good! This house is awesome! We were extremely happy with the location of the house and everything that was included – plenty of linens, wi-fi, cable, grill and 2 wagons for the beach. I really like the idea of being able to leave food that has been unopened to be donated! The day prior to our departure we had started washing the towels and smelled burning coming from the washer. We unplugged it immediately and I emailed Jay and Betty to advise them but also followed up with a call. Jay was so appreciative that I called to let him know and he immediately set up to get a new washer and dryer. Responses like that prove to me that they care about their properties. I can say that any future vacations in Destin our first pick will be with one of Jay and Betty’s properties. Ketrina
