This beautifully decorated condo comfortably accommodates 8 people and has a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, 1 queen bed and 1 bunk-bed in the guest bedroom, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. A washer & dryer are conveniently located inside the condo. All linens are supplied as well as a fully stocked kitchen with cookware & dinner service as well as many accessories. The modern kitchen has granite counter tops and brand new appliances, including refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. The total unit is air conditioned. Beach House Amenities include over 600 feet of beach frontage (more than 2 football fields long!), 2 pools—large oversized pool (heated seasonally) and kiddie pool, 2 lighted tennis courts, workout room, shuffleboard, video game & snack room, large gazebo with a beautiful view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, large clubhouse with game tables and flat screen 50” TV, Outdoor grills- several of both gas & briquette in a fire safe area, complimentary WiFi and free parking up to 2 car spaces. Access hiking/biking trail directly across the street from entry for a cruise along shoreline for miles!

And if you have an adventuresome side, you can go snorkeling, parasail, kayak or rent a jet ski just steps away. How about a surf lesson or a YOLO board lesson? Again, just a few steps away. Walk across the street and you have a biking/hiking trail that goes for miles along the shoreline!
