Right off the NEW docks with easy ladder to get back up. WEAR SHOES for there are lots of shells.
IS THERE REALLY BIKES? YES! Three bikes of three sizes. Also, three scooters!

Sherrall and Steve are 5 Star hosts for over four years on three properties. We are a phone call away but our Property Manager lives next door and is here to help you with anything. Steve and Sherrall are also available.
Located on a quiet cul de sac you have nothing but land and water on three sides of you. We know of no reported crime in over eight years (probably longer but that's as far as can go back). Police are 3 minutes away and hospital 12 minutes. You are walking distance to fine restaurants, lively bars, brewery, ice cream stores, putt putt golf and so much more. The beach is three blocks with push button crosswalk directly to a very private beach entrance with showers.
The City limits of Indian Rocks Beach (IRB) is approximately 3 miles long (from north to south) along Gulf Blvd. Based solely on its size, Indian Rocks is generally considered to be a walkable, pedestrian friendly city. With totally renovated street system there is wide, designated walking and bike riding areas next to the road. Unique to IRB is that it is only 2-Way (versus 4-Way in beaches north and south of us) so you can walk and ride in safety.
Peddle power is a great way to get around and see the sites during your visit to Indian Rocks Beach. Whether you bring your own bicycle (we have three there with helmets), take advantage of bicycles provided by your vacation rental host, or rent a bicycle from one of the local rental businesses; cycling is a fun, healthy, and inexpensive way to explore all of the beach communities. You can even rent a covered passenger trailer and take your dog along for the ride!
Golf Carts are a great way to get around on Indian Rocks Beach and visit surrounding beach towns. Bring your own cart or rent a golf cart.
Getting around Indian Rocks Beach and the neighboring Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north), to Pass-A-Grille (south), and stops at specially marked "Trolley Stop" locations along the entire Gulf Blvd. route.
Want to bring your boat or personal watercraft with you during your visit to Beauty and the Beach in Indian Rocks Beach? Please be sure to check-out the Florida Boating Regulations before you arrive.
There are several public boat launches available for boaters to use when visiting Indian Rocks Beach. Don't have a boat or personal watercraft? No problem, there are plenty of places nearby where you can rent one for a half-day, full-day, week or more. You can dock it at our docks!
If you plan to drive while you are visiting Indian Rocks Beach you'll want to take note of the Fish Mile Markers. These colorful Markers are placed along the main road(s) that run(s) the length of the Pinellas County Gulf Beaches barrier islands. Beginning in Pass A Grille (most southern point) at mile marker 0, the signs will guide you through all of the barrier island beach towns to mile marker 25 in Clearwater Beach (most northern point). Indian Rocks Beach begins at mile marker 16 and ends at mile marker 18.

Communication was excellent! Check in was easy. There were some needed items that were not present when we initially arrived and Steve quickly made arrangements to have them delivered to us. The house was wonderful for our family vacation and close enough to the beach that we could come back and forth easily. We would definitely return if in the area again!

Great and beautiful place to staying in. The house is located in the heart of the city close to the beach as well as to retail and shopping centers. The house was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Also, the host provided beach essentials like towels and even surfboard and kayaks and beach chairs. We had an amazing experience in there! Thanks to our host for be available when needed!

What a great place! Close to the water and close to restaurants. Steve was great checking in on us making sure we had everything we needed. The place was very clean, and we loved how each room has its own bathroom. Would highly recommend staying here!

We had a great stay! The house was clean and spacious. Looked just like the photos. Steve answered all our questions about fishing. We road the bikes to the bait shop. It was an easy 2-block walk to the beach. The provided beach chairs and cart were awesome. My boys loved kayaking in the canal. I would definitely stay here again! Also, I never saw this mentioned in any other reviews but there is a trolley/bus that goes from IRB into Clearwater. The house was located just one block from the stop. It's round sun sign. You just hop on and it's contactless payment. It was a easy ride into Clearwater for shopping and lunch one day.

Absolutely lovely
I had an 8 day stay with out of town family members coming in for a long weekend. And, local family and friends dropping by for a luncheon. The kitchen/dining area is open and large. One of the best things is that each of the four bedrooms has its own bathroom! It is very close and walkable to restaurants, bars, convenience stores and the beach. There are plenty of games, beach chairs, beach towels. It is a very nice place to stay!

Beauty and the Beach has 4 bedrooms, each with a private en suite bath, which made it perfect for our group. They also allow pets (within reason), which was a requirement for us. Indian Rocks Beach has a good selection of restaurants, and St. Petersburg, with lots of attractions, is an easy drive. We loved the peaceful setting on a canal off the Intracoastal Waterway, and walked 5 minutes to a beautiful long beach every day. It was a wonderful break from Winter.

Steve was really on top of communication before, during and upon checkout. The place is really a hidden gem. There are a ton of rentals in the area, but everything else looked old and run down. Steve’s place was clean, well updated, and full of everything we needed to have a relaxing time, including kayaks and beach games. I highly recommend this place and 100% will return in the future!
