Located in the quaint town of Indian Rocks Beach. You can rent a spacious 1 side of a duplex. Warm and cozy with an updated kitchen, living room & 2 bedrooms. Updated bath, game area downstairs, garage if you need, firepit and decks. The beach is about a 3-minute walk. Restaurants and shops are close as well. Enjoy walks on the beach, wonderful dinner at a local restaurant and quiet time in the evening relaxing by the fire pit. Wifi, basic cable and washer/dryer provided. It's amazing! Come and Enjoy!

Lovely, well appointed duplex furnished for a relaxing stay. The home is updated and has basically everything you need but your clothes and toothbrush. The home is very clean when you arrive and ready for you to enjoy your stay.
Why Kids Love It
Kids love the proximity to the beach. We have a wagon to load the toys, towels, chairs, cooler for a short walk to the beach. In the evening, ride bikes or make a small fire in the firepit for marshmallow toasting.
Area Information
Indian Rocks Beach is a very quaint area with many areas to walk to. Most importantly the beach! It's been refurbished and is amazing. Close restaurants and shops are nearby. Enjoy ice cream from the corner shop. If you want the hustle & bustle of Clearwater Beach, it's a 15-minute drive. Indian Rocks Beach is more relaxing.

Go the speed limit when you get near the beach. Lots of people walking and you can get a ticket for not stopping when someone is in a crosswalk.
Be patient, you'll get there, you're at the beach....Relax!

About the owner: Bob and Janelle Makowski. Originally from Pennsylvania, Pittsburgh and Carlisle, areas. We've lived in this area over 25 years now. The people, the weather and of course, the beaches are just fantastic. We've raised our 3 children here and have really enjoyed the amount of time you can spend doing outdoor activities. Now we are hoping to have the chance to have others come and enjoy this area also. Indian Rocks Beach is a relaxed, beach community where you can come and just be you. Walk to the beach, to the restaurants and to the shops. It's a close knit community.
Why this property? At "Relax at Macks" we want you to enjoy yourself. This home is fully furnished. We provide the comforts of home in a newly renovated environment that includes a supply of coffee, water and a few snacks to get you started. Beach wagons, beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, coolers, bicycles, foos ball tables, corn hole games and fire pits are some things we offer for you to add to your vacation activities.

Great quite location that is a super simple walk to the beach. The condo is very clean and well stocked with essentials and extras like bikes, sand toys, games! The owners were very responsive. We would love to come back!

We stayed with our 3 young children, and it was the most relaxing family vacation we've ever had. The owners really think of everything possible to make it comfortable and relaxing. Anything you could need is already there, from beach towels and toys, to bikes to ride and a great kitchen for cooking stocked with basics like seasonings and any dishes/utensils you could need. The beds were all very comfortable, and they even had a pack & play for our toddler. Having private laundry was a godsend during a long trip with kids, and helped keep us from having to do everything after traveling home. The walk to the beach was short and easy, and there are tons of other things to do, and lots of fabulous restaurants within short walking distance if you prefer to take a walk instead of driving. We will definitely be back, and would tell anyone who asks that this is the place to stay if you want to feel like you're truly on vacation. Thank you Janelle and Bob for the great stay!

Easy walk to the white sandy beach. Beautifully furnished 2 bedroom - kitchen - living room. Back deck leading to fire pit and gas grill area. Super simple arrival and departure process. Great local restaurants in walking distance.

My family just got back from here. Janelle was wonderful about communication and the place was amazing. It felt very welcoming and was VERY clean which pleased us. She was very detailed and everything her house rules were very clear and simple. My mom and 4 children walked to the beach. They have everything that you may need to enjoy a day at the beach. My boys enjoyed the foosball and ping pong table as well. We simply didn’t stay long enough there!
