This oceanfront 2 bedroom condo is on the Gulf of Mexico with an beautiful view of the gulf and beach. Enjoy all of the serene sunsets right from the comfort of your own balcony. This 2 bedroom condo features a king size bed in the master bedroom and 2 queen size beds in the 2nd bedroom. It has all of the amenities of home including hi speed wifi, granite counter tops, a fully stocked kitchen and smart TV's in every room to make for a wonderful stay. The pool area features a heated pool, hot tub, gas grill and direct access to the beautiful sandy beach. With the combined relaxation of our condo and the enjoyment of the many local activities, you are sure to have a memorable stay.
Unique Benefits
The condo is located on a quiet boulevard where you don't have to fight the congestion of heavy traffic as in busier tourist areas. If you fly in and don't have a car, you can use the trolley to travel between Clearwater Beach and St Pete's Beach for a small daily fee.
Why Kids Love It
Children will love the nice sandy beaches and the warm gulf waters. They will enjoy watching the dolphins swimming along the shoreline in front of the condo. They will also enjoy the Smugglers Cove Adventure Golf (miniature golf) which is located a short distance from the condo.
Area Information
The condo is on a 12 mile island between Clearwater Beach and Treasure Island/St Pete's Beach. The condo is nestled in a nice quiet location with plenty of restaurants, activities and attractions nearby. You can spend your day relaxing by the pool/beach or travel just a short distance to Clearwater Beach or St Pete's Beach areas and enjoy some of the many activities, excursions, boat trips, shopping and restaurants they have to offer. We are located only 45 minutes from Busch Gardens and only 1 1/2 hours from Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios.

There are 8-10 restaurants located within walking distance offering everything from Mexican, Italian, seafood, steaks, donuts, pizza and ice cream. There are also souvenir and gift shops nearby for your convenience.

Why this property? This property is a very relaxing. You will fall in love with the area during your visit. It is elequaintely decorated and offers all the amenities of home. It is located in a nice quiet area where you can enjoy peace and relaxation, but are only minutes from the busier areas of Clearwater Beach and St Pete's Beach where you can enjoy all of the activities and attractions they have to offer.

The condo is right on the beach. The pool and hot tub are great. We have stayed in this unit a few times now and love it. It has everything you'll need for a great week. There are also some great restaurants in walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay. There was plenty to do. The unit was well equipped, and kept. Pool and hot tub were amazing. Community has everything you need, and easy to walk around. Would definitely recommend, and are planning to book again.
