This quaint little area is surrounded by water with wonderful breezes, morning sunrises and dolphins swimming outside your door. Indian Rocks Beach has a firm noise ordinance and guests are expected to adhere to the 10:00pm to 8:00am noise ordinance.

Angel T.A little slice of heaven
Bahia Paradise is the most perfect vacation place! It is welcoming , clean, roomy and has all the conveniences of home. The back yard is an amazing dream oasis with a refreshing pool that overlooks the water and the private dock. Perfect to have coffee in the morning and watch the manatee and dolphin. Paddle boards and kayaks for exercise or pleasure create hours of fun. The kids loved it! The golf cart makes it easier to get around to the beach and those after dinner trips for ice cream! It’s the perfect get away, yet feels like home! Matthew is a great host, very nice and very responsive! This is our 5th year staying here and can’t wait until next year! Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven with us Matthew!

This was an absolute perfect vacation!! The Bahia Paradise was perfectly suited for our group of 8 and Matthew was an absolutely amazing host. Very responsive and always there to help with anything. We enjoyed some great dinners, swimming in the pool, hanging out on the dock and saw dolphins swim right by us. Having the golf cart to putter around in was a nice addition. The beach is so close as well so we spent a day there and went to Kooky coconut. Can’t say enough about the location and just overall great trip and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Matthew’s place is perfect for groups! It is bright and spacious and functional. The pool gets sun all day long and the dolphin visits at the dock are a delightful addition. Steps to the beautiful sandy beach and a short walk to the busy bars. We loved our stay and would not hesitate for a second to stay there again. Matthew is also a super host. He’s friendly and attentive and makes your enjoyment his priority.

I don't even know where to start! This location is AMAZING! We had 5 adults and 2 children and there was more then enough space for us all to completely enjoy ourselves! We fished and swam in the pool daily! We also cruised around in the golfcart which was very convenient and easy. Matthew (The owner) was OUTSTANDING! Very attentive! Kind, courteous, understanding and more then accommodating and determinded to make our stay the best it could be! (I can't thank him enough for all of the extra attention he gave us!) He even purchased a Christmas Tree for us so that the grandkids could throughly enjoy the Christmas holiday and be sure Santa could find us in Florida! The kitchen had ALL of the amenities we needed and we made good use of the blackstone flat top outside! (I've always wanted to try one !) We made pancakes to hot dogs to burgers to steaks on it and it all was amazing! I hope that we can make it back one day!

Check-in is 4:00pm and Check-out is 10:00am. I do my best to allow early and late arrival/checkout where possible. If you would like to arrive early or depart late, I ask that you notify early so I can confirm.
The beach is an 8min walk from the door. All neighborhood streets and a lighted cross-walk on Gulf Blvd. Most families and groups use my complimentary golf cart which makes carrying beach gear and people easier.
Great question! I have a full storage locker full of beach and pool toys. Several beach chairs are provided along with a cooler.
