About the owner: I fell in love with Indian Rocks Beach years ago after a family stay. After living in the mountain west (UT & CO) for 15 years I traded the mountains for the beaches. I'm blessed to have the opportunity to create amazing stays for beach visitors. What time is check-in and check-out? And do you allow early/late check-in/out?
Check-in is 4:00pm and Check-out is 10:00am. I do my best to allow early and late arrival/checkout where possible. If you would like to arrive early or depart late, I ask that you notify early so I can confirm.
How close is the beach?
The beach is an 8min walk from the door. All neighborhood streets and a lighted cross-walk on Gulf Blvd. Most families and groups use my complimentary golf cart which makes carrying beach gear and people easier.
Do you provide beach and pool toys?
Great question! I have a full storage locker full of beach and pool toys. Several beach chairs are provided along with a cooler.

KevinGreat location for a family get together. The golf cart was a big help to get around in. Pool was a great alternative to the crowded beach with 2 little ones. Blackstone grill was a bonus and Matthew was very accommodating to our needs.

This was an absolute perfect vacation!! The Bahia Paradise was perfectly suited for our group of 8 and Matthew was an absolutely amazing host. Very responsive and always there to help with anything. We enjoyed some great dinners, swimming in the pool, hanging out on the dock and saw dolphins swim right by us. Having the golf cart to putter around in was a nice addition. The beach is so close as well so we spent a day there and went to Kooky coconut. Can’t say enough about the location and just overall great trip and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Matthew’s place is perfect for groups! It is bright and spacious and functional. The pool gets sun all day long and the dolphin visits at the dock are a delightful addition. Steps to the beautiful sandy beach and a short walk to the busy bars. We loved our stay and would not hesitate for a second to stay there again. Matthew is also a super host. He’s friendly and attentive and makes your enjoyment his priority.

Golf cart was fun to cruise around in, great pool, tons of towels and anything you would need for a nice escape. Highly recommended, Matthew was great and responsive to any questions we had. Layout of the place was great too, with open common areas but privacy and bathrooms in every BR. We loved our stay!

I don't even know where to start! This location is AMAZING! We had 5 adults and 2 children and there was more then enough space for us all to completely enjoy ourselves! We fished and swam in the pool daily! We also cruised around in the golfcart which was very convenient and easy. Matthew (The owner) was OUTSTANDING! Very attentive! Kind, courteous, understanding and more then accommodating and determinded to make our stay the best it could be! (I can't thank him enough for all of the extra attention he gave us!) He even purchased a Christmas Tree for us so that the grandkids could throughly enjoy the Christmas holiday and be sure Santa could find us in Florida! The kitchen had ALL of the amenities we needed and we made good use of the blackstone flat top outside! (I've always wanted to try one !) We made pancakes to hot dogs to burgers to steaks on it and it all was amazing! I hope that we can make it back one day!

Jerry & T.Matthew is wonderful and his house is great! Perfect size for our group of 6...and there was plenty of room to spare. The house was just as described and was the perfect location to relax by the water with a beautiful view. Dolphins swam by daily and were a joy to see. The house was in perfect walking distance to the beach and Matthew provided more than ample items to enjoy at the beach. The pool was wonderful and there were many floats provided to enjoy lounging. It was wonderful to be able to take the kayak up the canal and enjoy the scenery. And the use of the golf cart came in very handy to run up town for supplies and to dinner every evening. We could not have asked for a more perfect place for our family to relax and spend time together. We definitely plan to stay again in the future.

AllisonAmazing host and house! Our original house was damaged by the recent hurricane and rather than cancel our reservation, Matthew offered us to stay at this house. He even had the pool ready with themed bachelorette floaties. He was also incredibly responsive. Would absolutely recommend Matthew and this home. Best part was paddle boarding the canal each morning with the dolphins. 10/10. Cheers!

Communication with the owner was incredible and so was the hospitality. LindseyMy family and I had celebrated my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary. We Had 3 families, 3 kids and lots to do. Was a perfect home for managing younger children’s nap times while managing older kids pool time and fun outside. We were able to fish off the dock as well!The home is only a couple blocks from the beach and plenty of options for restaurants along Gulf Blvd.Mathew was wonderful at communication and flexible with our requested needs. JeffreyOutstanding location with a six person golf cart to travel all around IRB. The swimming pool is heated and the dock has decent fishing. Sheepshead, Red red drum, snapper and catfish. Matthew was an amazing host, always quick to respond. The house is loaded with all the amenities you need and our family plus two set of in-laws never felt “snug” in the space. I highly recommend this listing and will be back again. Thanks for a wonderful vacation where moments became memories.
