The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a convection microwave, toaster, Keurig, and slow cooker.

Area Information
Indian Rocks Beach is a quiet town of approximately 4,000. Indian Rocks Beach was initially developed in the 1920’s as a weekend getaway destination for wealthy inland Florida residents. Its 2.7 miles of beachfront are popular with all ages and between its array of motels and condominiums there are more than 20 convenient beach access points.
Its easily accessible beaches and intracoastal waterways provide an array of enjoyable activities for residents and visitors alike. Whether you swim, fish, boat or just sunbathe there are an endless number of amenities available for your pleasure.
Transportation:
A shuttle runs from the Tampa Airport to Indian Rocks Beach - about $32.
Also, and for one price ALL DAY, the Sun Coast Trolley will take you from St. Pete Beach (Treasure Island) to Sand Key (Clearwater) with unlimited stops - all for one price!
Other family members can arrive earlier/later when you give them your digital security code.
Attractions Within Walking Distance
The Gables is centrally located between Clearwater Beach 5 mins to the north and St. Petersburg Beach 10 mins to the south. You are only 30-40 minutes from Tampa International & Clearwater Airports.
You are 40 minutes to the Florida Aquarium, Lowry Park Zoo, and Busch Gardens. Disney World, Universal Studios and world famous Orlando attractions are just 90 minutes away.
Our condo is a great place to relax and vacation, or stay several months at a time as a snow bird.. A great location for all. Make it your place for your next great vacation!
Rentals and packed sand: There are many rentals within 5 miles: skiing, para-sailing, jet-ski. The packed sand on the beach is great for jogging, bike riding or just walking on the beach.

The condo is fully stocked with kitchen essentials, linens, and towels as a home away from home. All you need to pack is your clothes (to fill the huge walk in closets).
The spacious master retreat has a King temperpedic sleep number bed, so you are sure to get a great night's sleep regardless of whether you prefer a firm or soft bed. The master bath includes a jetted jacuzzi tub and stand alone shower with double vanities. The master opens with all glass sliders to the outdoor patio and ocean/pool views.
The guest room has a queen size bed. The den has a queen size sofa sleeper.
The living room has additional couches for lounging and sliders that open to the patio and ocean views.
All TVs in the condo are smart, so you can binge on your favorite streaming shows. There is also an Xbox for gamers and to use for viewing DVDs.

About the owner: We live in Tampa just over the bridge so are accessible for questions and concerns while you are renting.
Why this property? I have been vacationing and staying at the Gables every summer for over 30 years. We use this condo as our family home and rent to others during the off season. It is truly our happy place, and we hope it will be yours.

Although we only spent a few days in this lovely condo, it was very comfortable and roomy, in a great location. We loved the pool and hot tub. The beach was easily accessed. Terin the owner was very kind and easy to work with and we hope to return again next year.

Beautiful fully equipped condo with everything you need and all accessories available for your beach tranquility. The condo grounds are well maintained and kept clean. We like the location because it’s less congested than the other beach areas and easy going. There are great restaurants within walking distance along with beach shops. A great place to go to relax and enjoy the beach. Very private with all the amenties one could wish for. Our host were great and made themselves available to answer any questions we had. We loved our stay at this IRB condo! It was clean, spacious, safe, and very family friendly. Access to the pool and beach was easy and extremely convenient. The private storage cabinet full of beach accessories and grill were extra perks to our stay. Excellent location as well! Several great restaurants and convenience stores are within walking distance of the condo. Overall, it was the perfect summer getaway for our family!

Christina C.Peaceful Stay That Feels Like Home!
Our family of five enjoyed our 2-month stay at this beachfront condo! It was so spacious with multiple dining and relaxation areas throughout the condo as well more than enough sleeping accommodations! The unit was stocked with everything you would need! The 21-unit building was mainly residential which kept it quiet with minimal people using the pool which allowed for great social distancing. The outdoor storage closet for the beach was a great perk and the gated entry to the building made us feel very secure! The unit and property was nicely updated and very clean! Walking downstairs and having your toes in the sand was a great escape and we highly recommend this rental if you are looking for a beachfront home away from home!
