The condo is fully stocked with kitchen essentials, linens, and towels as a home away from home. All you need to pack is your clothes (to fill the huge walk in closets).
The spacious master retreat has a King temperpedic sleep number bed, so you are sure to get a great night's sleep regardless of whether you prefer a firm or soft bed. The master bath includes a jetted jacuzzi tub and stand alone shower with double vanities. The master opens with all glass sliders to the outdoor patio and ocean/pool views.
The guest room has a queen size bed. The den has a queen size sofa sleeper.
The living room has additional couches for lounging and sliders that open to the patio and ocean views.
All TVs in the condo are smart, so you can binge on your favorite streaming shows. There is also an Xbox for gamers and to use for viewing DVDs.

The condo absolutely fantastic and in a great location, it is immaculate and the bed (we only needed the master suite) is so comfortable, there are smart TVs in both bedrooms and an even bigger one in the lounge, the kitchen is fully equipped and the washer and drier are in the unit, there is loads of bedding, towels and beach towels. The lift was great as I am disabled so that was a big bonus and there are shopping carts to take your things up in the lift but please remember to return them, there is an allotted parking space and extra spaces if you have visitors. The pool area is excellent with a hot tub and bathrooms and it is about a 50 foot walk to the beautiful beach, We stay here before Hurricane Helene and Milton and Indian Rocks Beach did suffer damage but people are working hard to return the whole area to the beautiful area that it was and will definitely will be again very soon, Terin and Jake were fantastic with us as we had evacuated before Helene but we couldn’t return to collect the rest of our luggage but they packed it up for us and brought it to the hotel we were staying in which we were extremely grateful to them for. so I would urge you to stay at The Gables and support the fantastic local businesses

Although we only spent a few days in this lovely condo, it was very comfortable and roomy, in a great location. We loved the pool and hot tub. The beach was easily accessed. Terin the owner was very kind and easy to work with and we hope to return again next year.

We like the location because it’s less congested than the other beach areas and easy going. There are great restaurants within walking distance along with beach shops. We loved our stay at this IRB condo! It was clean, spacious, safe, and very family friendly. Access to the pool and beach was easy and extremely convenient. The private storage cabinet full of beach accessories and grill were extra perks to our stay. Excellent location as well! Several great restaurants and convenience stores are within walking distance of the condo. Overall, it was the perfect summer getaway for our family!

Our family of five enjoyed our 2-month stay at this beachfront condo! It was so spacious with multiple dining and relaxation areas throughout the condo as well more than enough sleeping accommodations! The unit was stocked with everything you would need! The 21-unit building was mainly residential which kept it quiet with minimal people using the pool which allowed for great social distancing. The outdoor storage closet for the beach was a great perk and the gated entry to the building made us feel very secure! The unit and property was nicely updated and very clean! Walking downstairs and having your toes in the sand was a great escape and we highly recommend this rental if you are looking for a beachfront home away from home!
